About this episode
Spawn was huge in the 1990's, created by Todd McFarlane and first making his comics debut in 1992 as part of the Image Comics revolution. The Spawn movie was released in 1997 and after it's original R-rating, was toned down to a PG-13.
With much promise and hype around the movie, and also one of the first superhero movies to cast a black leading man, we take a walk through and see how this one stands up today.
