Turning WEAKNESS into a WEAPON with Kris Gethin

I have a special guest with me today, someone I’ve followed and known about for years who is absolutely crushing it in his industry. We get the pleasure of sitting down with the one and only Kris Gethin. 

 

Born on a farm in Wales, Kris had an early introduction to discipline and consistency - an extremely potent recipe for achievement. Throughout his life, Kris has applied these same principles and today, the level of fulfillment and impact that Kris has achieved is monumental. He’s lived in numerous places around the world, owns several gyms, owns a health supplement company, has been a prominent  face of the fitness industry for close to two decades, working with and representing some of the most well known fitness brands in the world… the list goes on. 

 

Of course we dive into Kris’s incredible story, but we also dive into the principles that Kris has applied to living his life - principles that have allowed him to grow, to succeed, to find fulfillment, and that have provided him with the ability to take control of his life in every aspect that he can control. He also talks about the key tenants to becoming hard to kill - a motto he lives his life by.
