In 2022, 49,476 people died from suicide in the United States, WHILE 1.6 million people attempted to take their own life AND 94% of American surveyed said they believe that suicide is preventable. I agree. 

In this episode I tell my own story with suicide and show you that no matter how hard things are, good times are always coming.
