TT57 Self-Care Through Self-Awareness with Andrea Lukac

Today we welcome our first Austrian in the Tailoring Talk house, it’s Andrea Lukac!

Andrea  studied economics and then entered the working world, quickly noticing how she and people around her were so unhappy in their day to day lives. This awareness led to her having the courage to follow her passion of inspiring people to live life to the fullest.

Through coaching she assists people in overcoming feelings of being overwhelmed, fear, shame and judgement… she has undertaken study in how subconscious patterns run our lives and how they can be changed for the better.

Her goal is to help people live happy, satisfied and potential fulfilled lives.
