Compliance and scaling up manufacturing needs are important. Vinnie won't work with a company unless it is GMP- and NSF-certified. GMP is Good Manufacturing Practices. 0:00Tyler Reddick here from 2311 Racing. Victory Lane? Yeah, it's even better with Chumba by my side. Race to ChumbaCasino.com, let's Chumba. No purchase necessary, VTW Group. Void work prohibited by law, CTNCs, 21 Plus. Sponsored by Chumba Casino. Sarko Pena, you ever hear of it? Yeah, between the age of 35 and 80, you can lose half of your muscle mass. That's a lot of weight. And doctors will tell you there's nothing you could do about it. Oh, guess what? Doctors are wrong again. Why? Because if you exercise in particular, if you do weightlifting, you can fight Sarko Pena. You're never gonna beat it all the way. So maybe the doctors are partially right, but you can fight it. Right now, you can go to VinnyTotterH.com slash workout and sign up and get one of my three weightlifting routines. If you buy all three, you get a big discount. So everyone in your family can use a different routine.

1:00Or maybe you just need one routine. Go there, check it out, and I'm with the show. Thanks for listening to VinnyTotterH. On NSNG lifestyle audio. From Los Angeles, California, this is the Fitness Confidential Podcast. With VinnyTotterH, founder of NSNG, and his co-host, Anne of the Gino. I am VinnyTotterHitch. I'm like Giardians on the little pill. We're the big story to tell. That's right. Don't take drugs, kids. Do it the right way. It's the Monday show. You know that means she comes in every Monday, whether we want her to or not.

2:00But I love that she comes in because she brings the goods every time I'm talking about the beautiful. The vivacians, Ms. Anna, Volcino. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. And then we went a little different today. I decided to do a little something kind of funsy, kind of whimsical. How are you doing, pumpkin? You know, everyone says how whimsical you are. Yeah, whimsical. Yeah. He's full of whimsical. It is Giardians, right? The little pill with the big story to tell. Yeah. I think I, listen, one thing that they've done, I don't take any of those pills, but I sure know all the songs. Yeah, Giardians. Do you need a pill with the big story to tell? Now, I'm going to bring something up and then it's going to dovetail into something else. Our mutual buddy, Mike Rowe, calls me the jagged little pill.

3:05And I'm saying that here on Monday. And if I'm not mistaken, folks, if you tune in to Mike Rowe's show tomorrow, as this comes out, you're not going to hear me on that show. Yeah. Mike is going big. Well, you kind of will, you kind of will. You might hear my name. Okay. I'm sure you, I'm sure you got, I'm sure I got an honorable mention in there. I did. Actually, Nancy Wolfson got mentioned more than you did. You see, come on. Come on. It's only because he was obsessed with the idea of the millennial float. So you'll have to tune in to find out what I'm talking about. Yeah. Mike Rowe is having the beautiful Miss Anna Vachino on his show. And that's coming out tomorrow. And I can't wait to listen. I can't wait to hear what's going on there. I had such a wonderful conversation with him. I hope that it translates. He's love.

4:05And I've always thought for years of listening to him, one day, I hope I get to talk to that guy. Because what a great conversationalist he is. He truly is. And, you know, someone, I was at, I went to my buddy's house one evening for dinner. The guy I know from the gym. And I know his wife, just a little bit. Like, yeah, I've met her once or twice. But she came running in and she goes, it was after the last time I was a micro. And apparently she was a big micro fan. And she goes, I got to know. She goes, I know you don't talk about your celebrity clients and the whole thing. She goes, is Mike Rowe? Is he is the same guy? Who is he off the air? Same guy. Same guy. Yeah, that guy walks around like that. He's the guy that, like if I, if I was able to do it all over again in life and just be a good person and smart and witty and good looking and all the things. And, you know, the velvety voice.

5:05Former opera singer. Yeah, the guy's got first, there's the voice, right? He's got it all. Yeah, he does have it all, right? He's the voice alone, you can, you know, it's great. And then he's smart and he's funny. I mean, I'm not gay, but I turn gay for him, you know, if he wanted to swing that way, I'm just saying. Yeah. So watch out, Serena. Completely fair. Watch out. He's kind of like Tom Brady. You know, you guys are going to have a, what's that show? The Gracie and Frankie moment. Their husbands, their husbands left, left their wives for each other. Oh, yeah, yeah, that was what's the name and the other one. That would be, that would be your Gracie and Frankie moment just for Mike Rowe. Yeah, me and Mike Rowe, just, you know, we're throwing our Rucksacks and go for a walk and we're having, I can see that happening. And then yeah, that means you're the Chase Gays.

6:10So folks, I'm going to, let me, let me plan your week out. Let me, I'm going to plan the rest of your week out. So that's number one, on Tuesday, Anna Vochino is going to be on Mike Rowe. Yeah. And on Friday, I've not recorded this yet, but on Friday, I'm recording it tomorrow. It's a matter of fact, Anna. I have a guest coming on a Friday show that's been on the short list for the entire time I've been doing the Friday show whenever I have the, you know, the, just a guest on this is a person I've wanted to have on from day one. And I couldn't ever find a reason to, I thought about asking her on. Remember back when that doctor was molesting all of those gymnasts. Remember that? Oh. He was like it, you know, he was like, oh, the way I'm going to fix your back problem is by

7:12Larry, Larry something. Yeah, just a, the worst creep of any creep. Gusting. Yeah, just horrible. I went, hmm, maybe I can bring her on for this, right? Because she's a gymnastics coach. And I went, no, I don't want to bring her on under those pretenses. And by the way, I could have had her on at any point because we, I'm good friends with her younger sister, this coach. And then something else happened. I think it was, you know, boys and girls sports. And I went, oh, let me bring her on for that. That's political and I don't do politics. And I'm not, I don't want to put her in that hot seat. There was like four or five times I wanted to bring this particular person on the show, but I could never find a reason. And then I got an email in my inbox a few nights ago.

8:16It was from a good buddy from New Orleans, a guy named Jimmy Reese. And Jimmy, who still, Jimmy's in his eighties now. And Jimmy still reads the newspaper. So he took a photo of the article in the newspaper and said, do you know this tortoise? And I saw, you know, I read the whole article, right? It was clear. Jimmy did a good enough photos and op-ed piece. And at the end, I see Vincent sighed tortoise. And I wrote back in my genius, my dad. It was a wonderful article about this gymnast coach. And I went, that son of a bitch, my dad outdid me by doing it before me. And I also realized from the article my dad had written to the paper. And by the way, he wrote it to the Baton Rouge paper. The article was so well done that the New Orleans paper

9:18picked it up. The, you know, the, the advocate picked it up and then the times pick it you and pick it up in New Orleans. And I'm like sitting there going, this is my moment. So I went on because my dad wrote about this gymnast, this coach, because he taught her in high school. And there was just a documentary done about this coach. ESPN did a whole documentary on this one coach. Wow. Because she's done more. And folks, the Friday podcast is going to be all lit up because I've been wanting to have her name is D.D. Bro. Spelled the Cajun way, BR EA UX, D.D. Bro. And I mentioned her name on the show once before when I had a guy named Wayne Sotil on the Friday show when people asked me where I grew up. I always say equidistance between Wayne Sotil and D.D. Bro. I mean, there's a lot of people in that by you who did good

10:19in the world. Wayne was one of them. D.D. Bro did the impossible. And the documentary. And I'm going to give you guys the name of the documentary so you can watch it before you listen to the Friday show. It's called The Fighting Tiger. I remember when D.D. was still living in Donaldsonville. I was a low kid. She's nine years older than me. And I remember what she was doing back then. She has no idea who I was. Right? She took off. She went to LSU. After her Olympic dreams were shot because of a knee injury. And she became the Women's Gymnastics Coach at LSU. She, I can go on and on. She was NCAA coach of the year, like I don't know, nine, 10, 11 times. I'll have all those stats whenever I do the show. Coach of the year, she was everything. And then she finally got into a national championship. And I learned a lot more from that documentary

11:21that I wouldn't have ever known that she had done. But this is a woman who literally gave her life to gymnastics to help young women out to the point where they kept trying to get rid of gymnastics at the school. And she kept, she kept it going. Sometimes working for free. Just walking down the street, handing out free tickets, trying to get anyone to show up to wife to gymnastics team. Now it's a sport because of her, where they fill up the Pete Maravitch assembly center just to watch women's gymnastics. And it's all because of her. You know, that is the documentary. What's it on? It's it's an ESPN. I watched it. I think you can watch it on YouTube. Oh, great. Or I, I think I watched it right on ESPN. And just put it, go to ESPN or YouTube or somewhere and put in the fighting tiger. Not just fighting tiger because you might get fighting tiger

12:21crouching something or whatever, you know, some kind of. But if you put in the fighting tiger, the DD Bro story will come right up. It's digestible. It's under an hour. And boy, do they do a great job, right? They talk about her beginnings in Donaldsonville and they go all the way through. Amazing. Very inspirational. To the point, I'll tell you this. And I'm going to ask her about it. When the program finally became where it became, the new athletic director said, you know, every time you went, you know, you know, an SEC championship, you're supposed to get a bonus. And she said, well, I won 11 of them. So he said, how many bonuses have you gotten? And she said zero. And he goes, well, you should have received a bonus. She goes, great, I'll take my bonus. Give it all to the program. That's the kind of woman she was or is.

13:21Give all my bonus money that I should have collected over all those years. As a coach, put it in the program. She's. She's a modern day mother Teresa. And there's a lot of stuff that's in IL that she, you know, the Gabby Reese's of the world wouldn't be who they are without Dee Deebro. Folks, listen to that Friday podcast. There's going to be off the hook. I can't wait to talk to her. That's great. So it's going to be a busy week. You guys have Anna on Tuesday. A lot of content to listen to. Dee Deebro. I'm kind of speaking of doing things. Yeah. In 2017, I didn't realize it. But I walked off of a ski slope. In Nevada. Very close to where those people, you know, there's an avalanche happen.

14:22I just saw people died in a lane. I walked off of that ski slope. I would have said, Vinnie, that's the last time you're going to ski for the next nine years. I would have said you're crazy. Because back then, I used to ski somewhere between all the time. 20 and 35 times. I go for that many days up to mammoth because it was an easy trip. It was my weekend thing to do. It's a great way to stay in shape. I would bring the cross country skis, the downhill skis. I was the skiing Cajun. I guess you can say. When I was 25 or four, something 26. And I just became a crazy skier and loved it. If you would have told me when I walked off the slopes that day, that last day, that would be the last time until 2026. I would have said you were crazy. But a lot of things started happening.

15:25As I started doing documentaries. People don't realize when you do podcasts and you're training people and you throw documentaries into the mix and you're writing books and all the stuff. You start a vitamin company, a coffee company at the time of food company wasn't even around yet. Things happen. In 2019 comes, you know, I saw I missed two years of skiing. No big deal. End of 2019. We moved here. Okay. So we don't ski that year. Well, 2019 apps right after 2020. And a little something called COVID took over. Right. So. 2020 2021. We're dealing with COVID and I'm doing more documentaries and doing that during the whole COVID thing because everyone's sitting around. Like, well, I can sit in front of a mic and a camera and do more documentaries. So that takes over for a while.

16:27And you always say next year and then 2023 comes around and you realize that. Everything that you thought was running right at your own companies. Aren't running correctly and you start realizing I need to roll up my sleeves because I can't trust the people I had in charge. And you do that. Right. So I did that for a couple of years. You know, we got that moving again. And that's, you know, that's going gangbusters. Turning it all around. I'm still running the company and I'm going to always run the company now. Ask me how many times the phone rang last week, Anna. How many times did the phone ring last? I'm talking about two hour call service. But pure Vine McClub pure coffee club. Oh, you're your customer service line. How many times zero? Zero customer calls. And we, because everything's running now, we did five tickets for the whole week.

17:28A ticket is when someone has a problem. And usually the problem is the mail screwed up because it left the warehouse on time. It got to here and got there. And sometimes with all this weather that's been going on. Five tickets. Think about it. We mail out. Thousands and thousands of product. Daily. Yeah. Tens of thousands per week. Probably over 100,000 per week. Five tickets. That's unheard of. Period. And it's because when you, when you stay on top of things, you know, they say, if you want to done right, you got to do it yourself. And if you can't do it yourself, you get Debbie. That's just the way it goes. Right. So. That's all working fine. I was having, I told Serena, I said, if a ski season goes by again, I'm committing suicide.

18:29And she goes, go skiing. My friend calls me and says, hey, come to Park City this year. Absolutely. I'm going to Park City. Problem is Park City. The snow forgot to follow there. Really? Yeah, they still don't have snow in Park City. That's the best powder I've ever experienced was in Park City. Well, in 2004, the best. How long it's been since I've done that. Anna, I would agree that Utah has the best pile in the world. All to snow bird, all of them. They've had a drought this winter. Just not good coverage, not good skiing. And I just kept waiting and waiting. Come to mammoth because it's been snowing like crazy. Oh, mammoth is going nuts. So I thought about mammoths. It's like, do I trek all the way out there? Right? Yeah. The reason I was going to Park City is I had a free house. Right. I'm like, do it. All right. So if I want good snow, I go all the way to mammoth. You know, it's just I'm, but you see I start.

19:29I say in a Barbara. Stay with us for a night. And then you take off and go up skiing. Right. Done. You said need a place to stay. Yeah, but. I want to go. I don't want to keep going back to Santa Barbara. Seven hours. Right? No. Okay. Yeah. No. It's long. You can't go across the middle, baby. Not the winter time. You got to go to out LA and then go up. Okay. I'm just telling you what the facts are. I'm spitting facts, Anna. So I looked. Killington seems to have a lot of snow up in Vermont. So I'm driving up there. As you hear this in two days and by the time you hear this, I'm going to be heading back. I'm going to be in Vermont by myself. No serene and no dogs. No. Where are you going? I'm going to killing. And I'm going to ski. I'm bringing my. My skis. My downhill skis. I'm bringing my cross country skis.

20:30I'm going to have my own many Olympics, Anna. Period. Just going to go do it. But it's one of those things when you say you're going to do it. And then you start seeing another year, go by. Sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns and go, you know what? I just got to figure this out and go do it. Right? Because life ain't going to start when we start. Life is happening all the time. We're always running out of time. And if you don't do things before you know it, you're going to be on your deathbed going. If you were to tell me when I left the slopes in 2017, that I wouldn't see another slope until 2026. I would have said 2026. I can't even. I can't even see that far in the future. It's too far. Yeah. Right. So there's that. Okay. Nine years. Nine years. Nine years. I'll be skiing this week. Anna. Yeah. Yeah. Is it my understanding that you have a new air freshener

21:33at your house, a scrubber of sorts? Hold on. Are you doing? Oh, you know, I just, you know, I just walked back in the door of expecting it today. Yeah. Anna walked away from the mic. She's moving stuff. Looks like she's leaving the room. Oh, she's back. What am I going to do? I'm going to, I'm going to put it on air pods for my speaking. Oh, you think that's going to work? Are you trying to? You can hear me from the air pods now, right? Yeah. Yeah. Anna is leaving the room. She's got some walking in the living room. Oh, my gosh. Vinnie, this is a huge box. Oh, yeah. She's almost. This is my bellyburn. Yeah. She's almost out of range. Can she carry that thing? That thing is heavy. Oh, she's listed it up. Anna must be working out because she. Yeah. Yeah, she listed it up. Yeah. She's stronger than me. Look at that. I love the slippers, Anna.

22:33I always remember. I was born so far earlier. Yeah. That's not gross. Yeah. All right. So yeah, it's like about four feet tall. No, I'm sorry, three feet tall. That's about it's all that is. Oh, you're going to. Oh, she's opening it. And this was the kids calling an unboxing. There's no way you're going to get that open because it's all packed in there too tight. Yeah. It says your last. Air scrubber. Dollar. Anna, we can't. Anna, we can't hear you very well. It's. It's doing, doing, doing, doing. When you're that far away. In a. Yeah. Really? Two feet from the computer. I know. And it's doing, doing, doing. Working. Okay. Let me change it back to the microphone. Yes, you're going to. Yeah, we were able to kind of hear you in the mic. Yeah. All right. Now I can't hear it at all. Anna. What do you mean? Oh, now I can. There you are. Yeah.

23:33Yeah. Okay. All right. So she's opening the box. And there's no way you're going to get that all the way open. Yeah. It's a box in a box. That's what I'm telling you. Yeah. You got to kind of break that outside box down. That's the staples are too big. Yes. Big giant staples. I'm telling you. There's no way you can do an unboxing during the show. I think she's trying to do an unboxing. Oh, she's tipping it over. Careful, Anna, because there's a. I know I'm going to be gentle. Yeah, there's a thing in there. You know that the filter is not in it yet. Okay. So just make sure you don't mess anything up. Oh, wait. Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. There's a lot going on. She's. She's. She's so excited about this. She's not letting it go. She's. Oh, look at that. Yeah. She's like a. She's like a Jack Russell.

24:34Watch this. Oh, there she goes. Keep going, Anna. You could do this. Oh, look at that. All right. So she. She got the big box off. Now there's another big box. Watch this. Okay. Undo this one because it's too much. Yeah. I was going to try to tell you. There it is. Anna has a Jasper. So Anna, can you hear me? It's really pretty. Yes. Yeah. Anna, where it's prettier than I thought it was going to be. Where are you going to put it? In the bedroom. Yeah. Yeah. She's introducing something to the bedroom. We like toys in our bedroom. Yeah. Yeah. That's a big toy. Toys for breathing. Yeah. Breathing toys. Folks, if you want a Jasper, you can go to Jasper.co. Jay, I didn't mean to turn this into an ad. J-A-S-P-R.

25:35Jasper.co. That is. I got the guide. Jasper.co slash Vinny. I got the $300 off. Anna, can you tell, I mean, you feel the weight of it, right? Yeah. Yeah. You could tell that that's not nothing, right? I mean, I got to pack that thing. It's ridiculous the way they pack it. Oh, wait. Look at it, Vin. Look. Yeah. And by the way, it's easy to set up. You just put the filter in the bottom. You lock it in. And then because they keep the filter in like a plastic thing in there, like she can't stop. I thought she was going to stop, but she's still going. Are you getting it? Folks, if you've never watched this podcast before on video, go watch this. You get to watch a middle-aged woman try to kill herself. Okay. It's all on my foot, but I'm okay.

26:35Yeah. Broken foot is not a big deal. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, Anna, do you see the filter anywhere? Oh. Let's see what she's doing here. I have a cord. Yeah. The filter is in there, but you got it. You got to open it up and then take the plastic. It tells you before you start, do these things. Yeah. You got it. Yeah. It's two or three steps, but it's so easy to do. Basically, you got to undo the bottom. It's easy. It's easy to do. You just twist it. And once you undo it, you take the plastic off the filter. That's how to keep that filter. You see how you twist that, Anna? Yeah. Yeah. Or she's doing the whole thing. She can't wait. Look at her. Like a kid at Christmas. Like someone just gave her a new pony. There it is.

27:36So now you take, you just take that off. It's a drum, but it's not heavy. So Anna, tell me that's not the most substantial. You see, that's why I think people need to realize that. It's not unwieldy. That's, I thought it would be more unwieldy than I described it. You were like, you're old and affirmed. You won't be able to lift anything. Wow. That's why you're doing this. Look, I lived. I lived. All right, Anna. Pop that. Look at that. All right. Anna, this is what people need to understand about the Jasper. Can you hear me? Oh, it has, this is, yeah, I can hear you. I can hear you fine. I'm just ignoring you. I know. Just drop that in. Look, it has like an elastic thing that you can hold the filter by. Yeah. Stop ignoring me. Drop it in there. Yeah. No, drop it with the elastic. There you go. The elastic, like this, right? Yeah, yeah. And then throw it in there and then throw, throw the thing on top. So what happens?

28:36Where does all that go? It goes into the filter? So what happens is you see all those little holes there around the whole thing? Yeah. That sucks the air in from your room. Okay. And then you see out of the top right now. Are you see where your hand is at the top? That's where the fresh air comes out. Now, it'll be interesting. As soon as you plug it in, it goes to work. Okay. And we'll know if your room is dirty or not because it'll whizz up much higher than it needs to. Like there's a brain in it. And like if you're cooking something in the other room and it senses. Sensor. Yeah. If the thing senses that there's extra crap going on, like. Frying or whatever, it will whizz up real high. It'll go nuts. That's fine. Oh, she's plugging in. She's doing the whole thing here, folks. I have a power strip over here. Why not do it on the air? This is a real unboxing. I took this thing, Vinnie. You can attest.

29:36This thing was delivered and no lawn brought it inside. And that's all that happened. You still had this. You still had the big plastic straps on the outside. Yeah. You know, I've never actually seen an unboxing before right now. This is my first one. I'm very excited about this. Okay. The red power light is on. That's it. If the. It's on, right? The air is blowing out. Look. You can't see it. I can't see air. You can see it's blowing my hair. Look. Yeah. But so that means it must be higher than normal. Air quality. Excellent. It's green. What is it's got like zero one or three or four? It says zero zero three. That's good. But I'll tell you just because my air quality clean, they can't have it back. I'm not giving it back. And you might notice and this is going to come in handy. So you might notice the air quality in that room is good.

30:36You might move it to a different room and it'll be different. I'm going to move it to the bedroom because Lauren insists that we sleep with the window open, which I love. I love fresh air. I think it's great. But I think that allergens come in and that it makes it. It does. And he might will tell you that if you sleep with the windows open, you need to move it to a number three manually. So, you know, you can put it on different strengths. Mike says, put it on number three if the windows are open. I am. I'm going to read the manual because I'm not kind of person who reads the manual. So folks, we're going to call that the Jasper. I'm doing with Jasper. My boyfriend Jasper right next to me. Yeah. Folks, we're going to call that the Jasper ad. If you want one, go to vinytorterids.com. Actually, go to Jasper.co slash vinyt. Just what putting in slash vinyt, you'll get $300 off. That's $100 more than their normal discount. Or if you get to check out, you can put in promo code Vinnie, VIN and IE. No, won't be why. Again, $300 off.

31:37Anna has her. Handsome. Right then. How handsome this Jasper is right next to me. It's pretty cool. The whole rest of the show. Yeah. The whole rest of it. And you can't even hear it. That's the thing. Anna, mine is five feet away from it. Can you hear it? No. And I can't hear yours. I mean, I can hear this, but it's a very soothing. Right. Soothing hum. Yeah. I'm okay with that kind of white noise, you know? Yeah. Yeah, it's something else. Anyway, Anna, what else are we talking about today? I wanted to ask you. I know that we said we were going to do a healthy eating. I'm sorry. Anna's and Gianna budget, but we do have to punt that to next week, because we had too many things that we needed to cover. So I wanted to ask you. A short. Thing. Okay. So we're talking about certifications of products. And this is always a big thing.

32:37For example, buyers will tell me unless you get non-GMO certified, we're not going to bring you in. Other buyers aren't as concerned with that. And some buyers, some stores have relaxed their restrictions. And I always go, well, it's funny, because Rails is not certified organic, but you have Rails on your shelf. And then they always go, yeah, but. It's real. They sell. Yeah. They sell a lot. I'm like, okay, well, I'm just saying. Right. They don't have that. But you are okay with that. So it's not a hard and fast rule. Is it? So we're talking about different sorts of certifications. And like, and I've spoken about the kosher certification, how I was disappointed to find out that the rabbi doesn't come and bless the food. But. And by the way, we have a very good listener who is a kosher certification manufacturer supervisor at a poultry processing plant. And so thank you. I do see your emails. That being said, I'm still disappointed. The rabbi doesn't come and bless the food. I thought. Give me a rabbi. Yeah. Send the rabbi. Can assist to get a rabbi. Well, and I can tell you this.

33:37You know, I know the people over at Redmond's, right? Because they're family friends. Yeah. Redmond's real salt. And I said, some of you saw is kosher. And then others is not. He goes, yeah, we. We put kosher on something. And then they say, you know, I know the people over at Redmond's, right? Because they're family friends. Yeah. Redmond's real salt. And I said, some of you saw is kosher. And then others is not. Yeah. We. We put kosher on something. We don't know. Yeah. They say, well, what makes it. He goes, well, it's all kosher. All of it. Right. And it's all safe to eat on a kosher diet. Well, I said, well, what made it kosher? He said one day about 25 years ago or something. A rabbi came here and blessed the mind and walked away. And that's where the rabbi used to come. And say, you're now kosher. That's what kosher. In case people think kosher means anything else. A rabbi went to a hole in the ground. And I even said to him, I said, did he go into the mind? He goes, nah, nah, he wasn't about to go into the mind.

34:37And I went into the mind. I went like three. I went like four, five hundred feet below the surface. I wanted to see the salt down there, right? Hell yeah. The rabbi went to the hole, the opening of the mind and says, I think he said something like barooka salt, barooka salt, something like that. And then he did like a bababa boop. I think he said barooka salt, but yeah. Yeah. Something about Adonis Adonis. Yeah. He said something. And then he goes, all right, it's all kosher now. And they were like, okay. And I even said to him, so the truckload that left that mind right before the rabbi got there, he goes, that was not kosher. And then the rabbi said a few words and that was kosher. That's all it is. It's just a prayer. Yeah. Which, listen. Yeah. That's what kosher is. But for what you're paying, I would hope they'd send the rabbi out.

35:38But I guess that would, that would be more. So one, one certification that we are doing is, which I didn't, I couldn't even believe this was a cert. But I guess people are lying. We need oil free certified. Okay. Does that mean that we're doing that cert? Okay. Good. Good. Because I thought it was okay to just not use seed oils and the ingredients say extra virgin olive oil, because that's what we use. And but apparently a few grocery store buyers are like, no, our shoppers are interested in seeing seed oil free. And I said, well, we are seed oil free. It says it right there on the package. And they said, get certified. Yeah. And then we'll bring you in. No, I get it. It takes great. But we are seed oil free. And it's very, I was like, great. I'm so excited for you to take our product and test it and put it in the lab. Yeah. To prove that we are seed oil free. And then the next round of labels that we make is we just made 29,800 new jars.

36:41But the next round of labels will have the seed oil free certified stamp right on the front. And I hope that that causes strangers who are not familiar with our work who might see it at the store at King Super's or Ralph's or whatever. They go, huh. This one's seed oil free certified. So that's good. So I appreciate that. Of course our cheese bites are certified gluten free. But our spices or sauces certified gluten free because we swab. Right. But I haven't gotten them certified because it's so expensive. And I'm like, there's no, there's no gluten anywhere near these things. And the cheese bites where we make them, they certify that whole factory. So they have the certification built in. So it's an interesting thing. And like we could be, we could spend upwards of 20, 30, 40,000 dollars a year on certs. And it just at a certain point becomes crazy making as a maker. But I understand that people want to see that like, like the whole 30 certs. They want to charge us like six to eight thousand dollars a year.

37:41And that doesn't mean anything that's kind of like the keto cert. Right. It's like keto certified doesn't mean anything. Right. Well, I wonder when a cert turns into a grift. You're like, what's the line between? Well, I'm wondering that about seed oil because you know the big companies are going to figure out a way to work around it. They always do. Yeah. No, I'm curious to watch it. But I mean, the guy is running the seed oil free of lines are great. Like they're, they're all about it. And they're in line with the way that, you know, we think it's something that's that's why I went with there. Because there's a couple organizations doing it. And that's why I wanted to ask you. I still like, I just want to be, I just want to be devil's advocate. I know you won't do this. But let's say. Let's say the same people that makes Bertoli olive oil, which says 100% pure olive oil. But we know it's cut up to 40%. We talk about it and I'll fill a compelling add all the time. Right. And what we know is that they can be cut. Right.

38:41And they use, they do to very. Let's just say, we don't know it's, we don't know what percentage. Let's just say, let's just say that they, they take one that's 100%. But it's been cut and let's say it was cut 40%. And now they got certified that it's 100% pure olive oil. No, we know it could be cut up to 40%. And then that's be lab tested. That company can take it and use it in their product. Maybe it's not. Maybe they'll say, wait, it's all right. I'm going to certify that. That's the point. No, it has to be. We're having our products lab tested to prove. I'm not saying yours. I'm not. I'm not saying that's the process. Bertoli couldn't send in their oil. Okay, so that's the question. I just call it olive oil. That has to be lab tested. Okay, so there is a level. You got to not only say, oh, Bertoli was, was tested by this. Now we can use that even though we know it's got seed oils. They're testing for seed oils. In fact, I would invite the traditional conventional olive oil

39:43companies like Bertoli, Barrio, Colovita, who are the other ones? I'm spaced out. All those guys have such a bad rep right now because of that. That if they're not, they should get seed oil free. But they're not because they cannot, as I said, I said on the Villa Capelli ad all the time. You cannot make that much oil. There's not that many olive trees on the planet. Right. Right. So they can't do it. Yeah. But they're getting, they're getting olive oil that you guys, nobody, nobody else can get. You know, all of Greece, all of Italy, all of California, nobody can grow that many olives in one year for what they put on store shelves. Sorry, do the math. Do the math. Period. You sound, it sounds like big olive is trying to keep us down. I think they are. Well, look, we, we, you heard that podcast, right? It's, you know, oh yeah. By the way, folks, we're going to make that our Villa Capelli ad.

40:45Go to Villa Capelli. Yeah. Give Villa Capelli. promo code Vinnie will save you 10% every single time. promo code Vinnie at Villa Capelli. We just did 20 minutes and why you need one an air purifier in another 10 minutes and why you need Villa Capelli. Here's why I bring it up because my friend and I, my friend who's in operations and she does compliance and like, you hire her when like your company is growing and you say, hey, we, we're going to make this, let's use your nut butter, for example, we're going to make this nut butter. And we're, we're about to scale to such a big way. She'll be in charge of figuring out how to scale, how to find all the ingredients and source the manufacturing. But keeping the integrity of everything. Like she gets that, that's her job is like to get things on the up and up. And, and she gets paid the big bucks to do that for these companies who are scaling and want to keep their, their formula is good, clean and delicious, tasting the same. Yeah. And, and so we were talking about sorts because she did this

41:47for supplement companies back in the day is how she gets started. And then she worked for some pro team bar companies. And we were talking about, you know, the whole thing about, she's like, oh, there, she's right now doing a peanut butter that they want to add protein to it. And she keeps telling them. This can't be done in a way that you think it can. Because P protein, brown rice, pro, all that stuff, it's just processed junk and you're not adding, you have to add tallow to your peanut butter, or that's not just fat, but like she was like, you have to add animal fat to your peanut butter to accomplish what you want to accomplish. Right. And so it's interesting to like hear her talk about what the conversation she has to have with people. And she is, she was talking about NSF sports certify. Because she said I worked for a brand they had to get NSF. And I had never heard of it. I was like, that's one I haven't heard of. And she goes, yeah, supplements for them. I know you'll explain a better supplements in order for professional athletes to use them just so that they don't come up with like, you know, they're blood doping or something because they took some supplement.

42:50And I was like, oh, that's interesting because we were talking about what's the line? Because it's very profitable. These certs are very profitable and very expensive. So that's what we were discussing. What's the line? So I wanted to ask you because I'm sure you have to do the NSF sport. And could you explain what it is? And why would it be relevant to the everyday user? Or is it not at all? It's not relevant to the everyday user, but is good if you're NSF and GMP certified. And they're both very close to the same thing. And I'll explain a difference. GMP means good manufacturer practice every, every place where we get our vitamins made. They have to be NSF and GMP certified. Or I just don't deal with it. And all of the reputable places have that, right? If you get a Larry from the East Coast, yeah, you need vitamins. We'll get you vitamins, right? Yeah, we got you. I got you confident here. I got you, you know, that guy. They, GMP, you know, why are you so cheap? What's going on? Where did this product come from?

43:50This kind of thing. Right. So years ago, and I'll tell you the name of the company, because I don't care. Hammer and nutrition. Right. Hmm. How many guys are big, right? Oh, they're huge. I remember when they just started out, it used to be two different companies. It was ecaps and hammer and nutrition. There was two different companies in an hammer and nutrition bought ecaps. And they made it one company. They're up in white fish, Montana. And they had been figuring out ways to add crap to the supplements for years. Well, to do things cheaply, what happened was there was a girl. I cannot remember her name right now. You could probably find the lawsuit while I'm talking to you. And it was probably about 20 years ago now. But it was a female pro cyclist. And, you know, because she was in a pro ranks, she had a water testing, the, you know,

44:52waters, you know, who comes and takes your pee or your blood or whatever. And she had a band substance in her urine. And she got a two year band from professional cycling. And when you're a female cyclist, a two year band basically ends your career. They ain't no coming back, right? Because they don't make a lot of money to begin with. This girl swore up and down, took lie detector tests past everything and couldn't understand how she could have had a band substance in her urine. Cut to, she, she's looking around. She sees, she's got all of her supplements on the shelf. She sends them off to get tested. Turns out that one of the products she was taking from Hammond Nutrition had banned some, you know, and it wasn't on the label. It was because it wasn't NSF certified. This company that was making their stuff wasn't GNP certified.

45:54So whatever was being run on that equipment, before they ran her electrolytes or whatever, still had the powdery stuff in there. So it's kind of like, you know how they'll say, hey, we ran peanuts on the same equipment if you have a peanut allergy. They'll say, you know, tree nuts were done on the same equipment. All this kind of stuff. Well, if you don't have NSF certification, you're not cleaning the equipment. You're not doing all the right things. This girl got enough of the stuff in her system to get her banned. Did you find her name? I can't remember her name. No. Yeah, I'm sure that, I'm sure that Hammond Nutrition had it wiped from the internet. It was on the internet for a long time. You could find it. I wish I can remember her name. She was from further down than I was in Southern California. Amber Nuban. Sounds familiar. Where she now? Amber Nuban, it must be from 2003. That sounds once suspension. That sounds about right.

46:55No, it was longer than that. Oh, no, Rebecca Keat. Where was that one? 2006 or so? That was 2008. That could be it. How many years suspension? I don't know. It's hard to tell. I can't remember who it was. There's Olivia Ray. Oh, Olivia Ray gets two and a half year doping ban. Olivia Ray from 2022. No, no, that's too new. This is way back when I was still competing. I did remember that. They figured out that she was not in the wrong. And she went through all the stuff. By the time they figured it out, she had already missed a whole year. And I think they reversed a ban or whatever. And you know, but and then she ended up suing Hammond Nutrition and everything else because they weren't NSF certified. They weren't so folks. It matters where you get to look. It's not an ad for me because I don't even make all the stuff they make because half of the stuff they make is bullshit. They claim it does 20 different things, but it doesn't.

47:57Right. But this girl lost her career over it, which is nuts. Right. That's what NSF certification means. That's why GMP practices matter. Right. And that's all I have to say on it. I don't have much to say on it, but I have that. I mean, well, yeah, no, this is the thing. The things don't matter, but I guess they do matter. People, here's the thing. They do matter. And people can abuse them. Companies can abuse them. They both things can exist. I guess. You're right. While I want to roll my eyes and be like, I can't believe that I have to get seed oil-free certified. If it helps people to discover my brand who don't listen to this podcast or know what's, you know what I mean? Yeah. But if it helps things to be verified, I'm happy to do it. We could go down the rabbit hole and get non-GMO verified. It's such a paper work, logistic nightmare. And the thing that I get that I get twisted out about is when I see utter garbage

49:00on the store shelves of sprouts or whole foods utter garbage junk food. GMO certified non-GMO certified rather. And you're like, what? Okay. But I understand that while it might be my job as an observer and somebody who's trying to change things on grocery store shelves to be irritated by that so I can point it out, it's also my job to make sure I'm capturing people who are new and don't understand the difference. And don't understand that it's kind of bullshit, you know? Yeah. Vinnie, I have an announcement to make. Oh boy, you're not quitting, are you? You're not quitting the show? No. Okay, go on. I'm good. I can't quit you. I've been sitting on something since May that I haven't been able to talk about. Mm-hmm. You're pregnant. And I am pregnant with a little, an animated baby.

50:03I'm pregnant with a potato. I am playing the voice of a carb. I think this is a carb that you're going to want. And where did your mother and I go wrong? A potato, really? Yeah. You're a potato. Yeah. Please tell me you're getting paid a lot of money. I am the voice. I am stepping into the shoes of the late great Estelle Harris. Ooh. And I am voicing Mrs. Potato Head in Toy Story 5 in Pixar movie. And so I've been very excited to talk about it. But since I've been burned. So many times. Thank you. How's the week applause? I get the week applause. Yeah, because you can't do it. We did the big applause at the beginning of the show. Oh, okay. I have to give you more of a Rudy clap. That's the Rudy clap. All right. Here you go. So yeah, I can finally share it. And I'm very excited.

51:03And by the way, Vinnie, it's been on my list of top 10 goals for 20 years now. Voice at Pixar. Voice a role in a Pixar movie. And that's huge. Maybe even 25 years, honestly. I got to be honest. That's as big as getting a big role in the movie. All right. That's. Yeah. That's huge. Maybe even 25 years, honestly. I got to be honest. That's as big as getting a big role in the movie. All right. That's. This is a big deal. It's a big deal. You can win yourself an Oscar. I won't win an Oscar. Why not? Because it's not that kind of a performance. You don't know that. Best voice and animated. They got those categories. They don't do those. They don't do those. One year in 2016, I won the Pro Max Award for Best Voice Over in a promo beating out Morgan Freeman. Okay. That was insane.

52:05Okay. Number one. Yeah. Okay. Number two. Then I said to my agent, because my husband has two Pro Max Awards for writing promos. Right. He wrote the best promo for this, that, and the other thing. I was like, I finally won an award. I've never won an award. And I said to my agent, so they're sending a statue. So I get a statue for Best Voice Over. And she wrote them and they go, no, we don't actually give it to the voice talent. We give it to the creator who, the creative director who wrote it. And I was like, well, they didn't, what? I was so mad. I was like, hold on. The one thing I've ever won in this industry. And I beat Morgan Freeman. I was in a category with Morgan Freeman, which doesn't even make sense. Yeah. He's obviously far superior. And I won. And they're like, yeah, no, you don't get the statue. But the people who wrote the spot, they get the statue. I was like, for casting me. Cool. Yeah.

53:05That doesn't make sense. So I, so no, there's not going to be an Oscar for Mrs. Potato Head. But what there will be is very fun times at the movie theater on June 19th. I hope that I know it's going to be in the theaters. I'll definitely see it in the theater. And I'm so excited. I'm going to see it at my house with my surround sound. Because I have surround sound. Yeah. I don't know when it will come out for it because they're doing the theatrical release first. I know it doesn't take long now for movies to have a release. And then you. Yeah. A huge honor. Hopefully I'll do a still Harris justice. Because she talks that way. She actually speaks that way. Can you do the voice? Can we hear it? Um. I have to have a line. What was the name of Stella what? Harris. I'm pulling her up. Oh, that's the, I didn't realize that was a still Harris.

54:08Yes. George is mom. Exactly. Yeah. And she, yeah. So. Yeah. She's got that voice, right? She. Oh, yeah. And that's her, her literal natural speaking voice. I don't know if you've noticed this about me over the years. I don't speak that way naturally. No, you don't. So this is a big deal for you. Yeah. I was shocked. I was shocked. I got it. I was shocked. I was on the plane. I was shocked. I was on the No, because she already says that line. Oh, she does. I have to hear it first.

55:12It's, she goes, it's tough being a spud. She's like there. Yeah. Pack your angry eyes. I have to do a whole thing with my face and she speaks. She has this thing where it's at the front of her mouth. Yeah. It's basically Estelle Harris meets Edith Bunker meets a potato. George, what are you doing when you remember the silhouette when he kept visiting her in the hospital? George, I'm hungry. She's great. So hopefully, hopefully she's looking down and approving. I don't know. Make shoes to fill. And this is, this is thanks. You notice I've been smiling for the past five minutes and this makes me so happy. You know, good things is supposed to happen to good people. You just work hard enough and good things happen, right? We hope so. Well, listen, listen. I've been replaced. I've been let go. I have been sometimes you're the one that gets the job.

56:15Sometimes you're the one that doesn't get the job. Yeah. And that's why I was like, I can't say anything until it's properly announced and I made it into the movie. I don't know. Maybe they'll be like, well, we hired this other lady. She sounds even more like her than you do. Yeah. Okay. That happens. You know, so no, I'm in the movie. It's done. Yeah. Mike drop. Boom. Thanks. Okay. We did the show. We did. Um, wow. I'm excited for you. And the irony being, I wasn't sure if I was going to make my health insurance this year because voiceover work ebbs and flows. And um, I will because of that job, a and b, yeah, because it's not bad for my health insurance. Let's put it that way. I put all the money back in. That's why. I gotta be honest with you. I keep, you know, serena's got one coming up and I'm like, isn't enough to cover for sag because she's right on the verge of said, can they, can they give you two or three more episodes? Because then we could get say, you know, we, we, we, and by the way, we don't drop the

57:20other insurance whenever we get said, we just run it concurrently with the other insurance and it covers every, every year going, is it gonna make it this year? Yeah. I don't think people realize what that's like. But um, yeah, I have been very lucky to be a journeyman scale actor. I'm not really like in a overscale, but I've managed to make a living over the years getting paid scale. And um, well, you've been hustling your whole life and you deserve everything that's coming away. I'm a hustler. That's for sure. Um, God, I remember, you know, the, the only time I was up for an award was with the book. It was, um, yes, the audits. It was the audits. The auto, I was up for a book of the year read by the author. And one of the other people in the category was one of the Dolly part. So yeah, okay, they're not going to give it to me. They're going to give it to Dolly part. They gave it to another person for a book that I had never heard of. No one had

58:24heard of it. It didn't, it barely made the best selling list. You know, my book was crazy. Dolly's book was crazy, you know, meaning, you're just selling off the charts. So I looked into the person and it turns out the person also worked for the audible company. So there was some campaigning or it was like, okay, look, when Dolly Parton is not going to win the category, something weird went on bottom line. She must have something going on with that because remember when she said she was at West Hollywood at Pride or something and she was doing a Dolly Parton look-alike contest. And she lost. Yeah. Yeah, she lost. That was a joke though, right? No, no, she's serious. So she went to Dolly Parton look-alike contest and lost. Yeah, I did lost. I don't know if you if you ever knew this guy, but there was a comedian back in this,

59:24this was the early 90s. And I used to run the stairs, you know, with all these clients. And I knew this guy's wife and he was a journeyman comic and they were using for game shows. The guy's name was Fran Salamita. Do you ever remember him guiding Fran Salamita? No. He was show up on game shows or whatever. And either Fran or his wife told me one time, Fox was doing a new game show and they said they wanted the breakdown set. We're looking for a Fran Salamita type. So Fran Salamita showed up and they said, no, we don't want you. We want a you type. And he's like, but I mean, the breakdown had my name in it. Yeah. And it's like, yeah, we're looking for a different version of you because you did the. You still look at the job. They were looking for a San Fran Salamita type, Fran Salamita showed up. And they said, yeah, no, not you. We want your type. That's real. That is

1:00:26if I hadn't heard that from the guy, I would have said that's made that's Hollywood made up stuff. But I heard it from the guy that happens. Yeah. So that's how we got Jerry Bednob to do a free radio was we did we needed Jerry Bednob type. And then his luckily his manager calls it, how about Jerry Bednob? We're like, we can get him. And they're like, yeah. And I say that with love, I would say that to Jerry's face because he would come do anything. He's awesome. Folks, if any of your loved ones ever say, I want to go out to Hollywood and make it, don't let them do it. Just tell them to stay home. Don't let them do it. There was this girl, this is girl that lived in white castle Louisiana. And my mom says, look, the next time you come home, you know, these are our good friends. The daughter, she wants to go out there and become a model. And the whole thing would you talk to? I met the young lady. I was maybe 35 at the time. This girl was turned 17 or 18. And I said, I got to talk you out of this. And she was like, do you think

1:01:33I'm not good enough? Or in, by the way, this girl is like six, one, well, a week. Her face was angelic photographic. They showed me photos and all that. And I said, no, no, just don't do this. Go to college. Get married. Do do anything. Right. Don't do this. Don't. And the family got upset with me. Oh, very thin thing. I said, I'm nobody. I'm out there. I, at the time I had a roommate, Christine, who was a big time, you know, making money as a model and holding. I saw what she went through. Right? You know, it's worse, you know, people talk about the Epstein stuff and all that. All kinds of weird stuff goes on. You know, these girls will get offers from the Sultan of Brunei to go there or become yacht girls or you name it.

1:02:35We can you and me on the young, beautiful gal. Yeah. You and I can write a book. There was, I'll tell you this quick story and then we'll go. There was a strip joint. It was about three or four exits past LAX. If you just kept going towards Redondo Beach. Right. Okay. You would go three or four exits. So about eight or ten miles past, you know, LAX, you would get, I can't remember which exit it was. You got off this exit and you went to this, this like industrial park. And there was a strip joint inside of like this industrial looking building from the outside. It looked like nothing on the inside. It was plush. It was this I went because I wasn't much of a strip joint guy, but I went there, bachelor party. I got drawn into that place. I had never seen the, these strippers didn't look like strippers. Right? You know, strippers look a little rundown. Listen at the whole thing a little worse for wear. These

1:03:40girls were all gorgeous, hot, stunning, beautiful. And I'm like, so I asked my buddy is like, wait a minute, is this a joke? It's kind of like speaking of George Costanza. Remember when George was dating a model and he went to this place and it was like all these other beautiful model girls and, you know, the whole thing. I asked my buddy is like, what is this? It's like, these girls come down here because it's far enough away from Hollywood that, you know, they know their agents and managers or whatever. These are girls you would see on television on any given day and soap opposite comms business, but they still had to make a living. They had to put food on the table. They had to keep a roof over their head. And they thought that this was better than going to visit the Sultan of Brunei or ending up doing some other kind of nefarious stuff. But they would just go take their clothes off. And I bet you their parents never knew that when they left home. Right. And that's what was in my brain when this young girl's going, well, you don't think I'm good

1:04:45enough. I was like, no, you don't know what you're getting ready. Yeah, you don't know what you're getting ready to walk into. It ain't good.
