Trump token holders to get another meal with the president and BlackRock-staked EDTF has a successful debut. This is Coindesque Daily. I'm Jen Senassi. Discover Nexo, the premier digital wealth platform, now in the U.S. Get started today at nexo.com slashcoindesk. U.S. President Donald Trump is set to host another Mar-a-Lago lunch for holders of his Trump token. The top 297 token holders will be invited to attend an event on April 25th at Mar-a-Lago. The gathering comes just under a year after token holders were invited to a similar dinner at the same venue. The previous event drew scrutiny from lawmakers who raised concerns about Trump potentially profiting from an industry whose regulators he appointed. BlackRock's new state EDTF-EathB launched with more than $100 million in assets and traded over $15 million on its first day offering investors exposure to Ethereum, along with staking rewards. Unlike traditional spot crypto ETFs, the fund stakes 70 to 95% of its ether holdings

and distributes about 82% of the staking rewards to investors through monthly payouts. The ETF charges a .25% sponsor fee temporarily discounted to .12% on the first $2.5 billion in assets. Bloomberg intelligence senior research analyst James Safer called the launch a quote pretty good start for an ETF. And a crypto trader lost about $50 million in the single transaction after executing a large token swap that triggered extreme slippage. Blockchain data shows the wallet attempted to swap $50 million, $432,688 worth of A-Eath USD for A-Eath Ave, but the trade executed with more than 99% slippage because of thin liquidity in the relevant trading pools. As a result, the wallet received just 327 A-Eath Ave tokens worth roughly $36,000 after the trade. According to Ave Founder, Stani Kool-Ajav, the user saw a warning about the high slippage on their mobile device and chose to proceed with the transaction acknowledging the risk.

Kool-Ajav says Ave plans to contact the user and return roughly $600,000 in fees collected from the transaction.
