Trump inauguration countdown, Gaza hostages release and TikTok restored

Donald Trump tells thousands of supporters at a pre-inauguration rally that he will impose severe limits on immigration on his first day in office. His swearing-in at noon has been moved indoors due to the extreme cold. Hamas has released three Israeli hostages and Israel released 90 Palestinian prisoners on the first day of the new ceasefire.
