Trump Fights Troops Restraining Order in 9th Circuit

The Trump administration argued this morning for the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) issued against his deployment of the National Guard in Oregon to be thrown out today in federal appeals court.  The oral argument was heard by a three-judge panel in the 9th Circuit, based out of San Francisco—the panel consisting of two Trump and one Clinton appointee. 

The oral was streamed by the court this morning, and I’ll be breaking down the replay of those arguments in this show.
