The new filing by the Trump Administration with Judge Xinis overseeing the Abrego Garcia return and due process case, just made things worse for the DOJ and Trump, by informing the Judge that they returned Abrego Garcia 2 months late, as it basically admitted that they could have returned Abrego Garcia months ago if they wanted to.
