For part 1, we are diving into the relationship of real estate agents and home inspectors. 

While there are great agents out there that will recommend a thorough inspector, there are others that (in our opinion) seem to be more concerned about getting the deal closed.  This episode will help you understand why you should always do your own research when an agent gives you a few home inspectors to call. 

This juicy episode is packed with lots of crap (literally), and includes stories of how some agents have threatened her, others asked her to remove things from the inspection, and some just plan out claim to sue her for being too detailed in her report.
