Discussing the difference between religion and spirituality. Many are religious but lack spiritual power in their lives. This is because man made, organized religion is based on guilt and fear. Spirituality is based on truth and love. Religion restrains. Spirituality frees. I'll also discuss the psychological implications of both. Religion has a very old traditional message.
