I knew something was not good. We have had robberies before for delivery drivers, but this situation, to me, it appeared to be something more sinister. She had her plan. It didn't go away. It was both the level. There was evidence that he didn't act alone. The person that Lordhurt was a woman. Do I feel bad no one has to hurt her? Not really. It's an evil, evil person. The more details you get, it just gets worse. On the night of June 21st, 2012, around 1am,

1:08I received a call from the Summit County Sheriff's Office advising me that they were going to be taking a missing persons report. I arrived at Domino's about 1.21am. The manager was really concerned about his driver, Ashley Biggs, because she had not returned from her last delivery, which was very unlike her. The call for pizza came in at 1142 p.m. Nine minutes later, Ashley Biggs went out the door to make her delivery. The location that she was supposed to deliver the pizza, it's a mile, mile and a half away. Knowing the area and knowing that the businesses there are never open that late, it struck me as odd. Ashley Biggs is 25 years old, the mother of a six-year-old daughter. Her life partner of three years, Brittany, also received an alarmed call from the pizza shop. At Brittany's request, she's interviewed in Chateau.

2:10I got a phone call from the manager who was a good friend of both mine and Ashley's. He said to me, have you talked to Ashley? Because she went on a delivery and she never made it back. I thought he was pranking me and I said, oh, that's not funny. And he yelled back, I'm not kidding. I was like, oh, my God. I got in the car, I'm driving ridiculous speed. Trying to call her, thinking, oh, my God, just answer the phone, just tell me your phone died. I pulled the dominoes and there's police cars, and it hit me. This is so bad. This is so bad. One and a half miles away, around 150 a.m., police zero in on the address given for the pizza delivery order. Ashley Biggs had made a delivery on West Turkey Foot Lake Road. I wanted to check the address out.

3:11It was the business area. The city of New Franklin is a small city, just south of Akron, Ohio, about 15,000 residents. The majority is rural, and it was actually voted one of the safest cities in the area. We have had robberies before for delivery drivers, but this situation, to me, it appeared to be something different. As I'm driving to the location, I knew she could not have gotten any type of accidents because I would have seen a traffic accident and there was none. When I arrived at the location at 2 a.m., I noticed it was a business that was closed. To me, that was weird. That business shouldn't have been getting a pizza delivered there at that time of the hour. It's very dark. There's no lighting. There was no vehicles in the front parking lot, so we decided to go around back to see if there was anything there. I came across a big puddle of what appeared to be blood. There was change spread across the parking lot.

4:11It looked like there had been some type of struggle. There was no car. There was no delivery vehicle. There was no Ashley Biggs there. With the amount of blood that was in the parking lot, I knew that we had a serious problem. My hope is that we could find Ashley. It made us concerned that she needed attention right away. I saw all the cops and I immediately had the worst feeling in my gut. And, you know, I told them, my partner's name is Ashley Biggs. I couldn't get my words out fast enough. I met Ashley in 2009. We had a mutual friend. We were at my aunt's house. And then out of nowhere, I just kind of heard this really loud laugh. And she was just laughing about something. And I just remember thinking, how fun and how bubbly she seemed.

5:12And I was like, oh my gosh, I need this person in my life. And we just introduced ourselves and talked on night. And we were fast friends. You never knew when she was having a bad day because her vibe about everything. It was always a great outlook on life, no matter what she was going through. Things progressed and she started to open up about her life. She told me that she had a daughter. Five years before she fell for Brittany. Ashley was in a serious relationship with a man named Chad Cobb. They met when Ashley was only 17, and he was 22. Chad was Ashley's first really serious relationship. And he was so pleasant, so gentleman-like. Ashley says, mom, I really like him. I really like him. Within a year, Ashley and Chad moved in together. And at 18 years old, Ashley gave birth to a baby girl.

6:12I got to hold my grandbaby for the first time, and just that feeling comes back to you. Just overwhelmed love for this little thing. Just the change in her of being mom, the protective part of Ashley. She was young, but yet she did real good. She was really great with her daughter. She was very excited to be able to raise her. Ashley didn't know who her father was, so she's always wanted to be in a full family having a mother and a father for her child. Ashley and Chad never married, and by the time their daughter was one year old, the couple broke up. They agreed to share custody until Ashley made a major life decision. In 2008, Ashley decided to join the army, and she was so excited. She says, mom, what a great way to better myself, a great way to further my education. She was trying to set her life up for success

7:12for both her and her daughter. When she went into the army, she had to sign full custody of her daughter over to Chad. The agreement was that when she got out of the army, their parenting would go back to 50-50. Ashley's time in the army was short-lived. After basic training, she was medically discharged for asthma. When Ashley left the army, Chad completely cut off all means of communication, basically keeping their daughter from her. Chad's phone number had changed when she called it. When she went to his home, he had moved. Around this time, Ashley and Brittany began dating. We were happy, but she hadn't talked to her daughter for about a year. This wore on her a lot,

8:12and she finally said, I have a right to be her mom and be in her life. If I can't do it civilly through him, I'm going to do it civilly through a court. In 2011, Ashley was awarded temporary full custody, pending the judge's final decision. Chad was allowed limited time with their daughter. Ashley called me and said, Mom, I got a surprise for you, because I got to come over real quick. I've got your granddaughter. I'm like, oh my God, the scream and the cry, and I could not stop crying. It was such a joy that just came back into our lives, but Chad did not like that at all. This is where all the troubles began, I believe, at the courts, the battles back and forth between them. At the pizza shop where Ashley went missing two and a half hours earlier,

9:15Brittany talks to officers on the scene. I knew exactly where to point the finger, and I told him she and Chad Cobb logged in a very, very nasty custody battle. It was simple to me. Ashley is missing now. You need to find Chad first. New Franklin Police took this very serious, not only do we have a missing person, we have a crime scene, and with the amount of blood that was in the parking lot, we definitely had, at the very least, a major assault. The faster you can get to Chad, it might bring you closer to finding Ashley. Every minute counts. This police in New Franklin, Ohio continued to search for Ashley Biggs, her partner Brittany returns home. You're constantly waiting for that phone call to tell you something. The time just drags and drags.

10:18At some point in the middle of the night, I realized I needed to call Ashley's mom. I had to break the news that, hey, your daughter is now missing. Brittany had called me and said that Ashley never showed up. Right then my heart dropped. I mean, I knew something was not good. Some part of you, some small optimistic part, wants to hold on to just a tiny pinch of hope, even though you swear there is none. Four hours after Ashley disappeared, police are on the hunt for her ex-boyfriend Chad Cobb. We have to keep our minds open. It could be just a random act, but you have to follow up on the information you get as it comes in. So we started to look into Chad, see where his house was. Police learned that Chad Cobb drives a black Lincoln navigator and lives in the small city of Ritmin, Ohio, just 20 minutes away. We sent a cruiser from Wayne County Sheriff's Office over there

11:18to look to see if Chad's black Lincoln navigator was at the home. Upon their arrival, there was no one there at the home. Once we didn't find Chad at his residence, we went to the home where the black Lincoln navigator was registered and that home belonged to Chad Cobb's grandparents. Chad's grandparents lived just a half mile down the road from the delivery location with police found signs of a struggle. Once they got there, the officers walked down towards the back of the property where there was a barn. Upon walking behind the barn, they located the navigator parked next to the wood line. There was four children in the car and a female. Chad was nowhere to be seen. Sitting inside the vehicle, our Chad's current wife, Erica, and four children, including Ashley's daughter. Ashley was in the army. Chad had moved on with his life. He had dated a girl previously to Ashley, and her name was Erica, and he ended up marrying Erica.

12:19She had a previous child, and then they had two more on their own, and then they had Ashley's baby. Erica was there in the vehicle with her four children at that time in the morning. To me, that's awful weird. Why would you be out there with your children at that time and night? While talking to Erica, police hear noises in the woods. The officers entered the woods with their weapons out, not knowing what they would encounter. They found Chad out there in the woods. This was very strange. Why is Chad hiding in the woods at 4.30 in the morning? So close to where there was a struggle. Brought him out of the woods, and he was placed in the back of the police car, and the same as Erica. I asked him about Ashley Biggs, and he really wasn't forthcoming, and he couldn't help us as what he said. We kind of had an idea that Chad might be involved, but why Erica would be out there with him at that time and night? She really didn't want to talk to us about anything.

13:19She asked for a lawyer, at this point, Chad and Erica were transported back to our police department. The four children are allowed to stay at Chad's grandparents' house. At the station, Chad's body is examined for any DNA evidence. As the clock continues to tick, finding Ashley becomes even more urgent, but questions to Chad and Erica go nowhere. It gets frustrating because two people could possibly have information to help us. There was a lot of unknowns. We had located next boyfriend in his vehicle. We have a crime scene, but we still don't have Ashley. I've been in and out of sleep. I still am thinking, you know, I'm going to wake up and this is going to be some nightmare. You want to hear that they found her. You want to know something. Less than eight hours after Ashley disappeared, gone breaks, and new resources are put on the case. I received a call from Detective Hitchens,

14:19and he said, hey, Brian, we've got a situation. We believe there's been some kind of other killing or an abduction. We met at the New Franklin Police Department and began to kind of go over the case. As it became light out, I'd went back to the location. I looked around where the pool blood was. Myself and another officer located like paper dots. And those are consistent with what is found inside a taser cartridge. There was also drag marks in the blood that led to a specific place than ended. Police know they need to find Ashley's car. A gray Ford Taurus, with a DC logo on the back. We contacted the state patrol to use their airplane to see if maybe her car was hidden. We had diversed from the fire department checking all the areas of water that are accessible. And quite a few of us researching the woods for Ashley.

15:24Every hour counts, every minute counts. The longer it goes, sometimes the worse it is. 11 hours after Ashley's went missing, police get a new break in the case. We received information that there was a lady that lived in Wayne County, which was a neighboring county. She had a house that was slightly on a little bit of a hill. And she noticed it out in the fields. There was a little glitter, a shine that she saw out there that she thought shouldn't be there. And so she was concerned that there was something wrong. We sent some cars over there as well as myself to see what was going on there. We walked through the cornfield. It was a good half mile. As I was walking up, I seen that it was a grayish colored Ford Taurus with a big DC sticker in the window. I knew it was Ashley's car.

16:24You don't really know what you're going to find. Less than 12 hours after Ashley Biggs was reported missing, investigators have located her car. Once we got there and I walked up, it was gruesome. It was a rough scene. And not the outcome, obviously, we wanted to find. We found a female, which was presumed to be Ashley, in the back seat. She had zip ties around her neck and different parts of her body. You could definitely tell that she had went through some major trauma, a lot of struggle. She had some head injury. It was definitely a violent, violent scene. Police also found an insulated pizza bag in the vehicle and pizza orders from that night stuck to the steering wheel,

17:26including the delivery order called in when Ashley went missing. We need to obviously confirm that this is Ashley Biggs. I reached out to Ashley's mother, Kim, and asked her if her daughter had any tattoos. She said, I believe we found the car. Is there any distinct tattoos, piercings that your daughter has, and I told him she had two stars, one on each of her back of her arms, and she also had a belly button tattoo. We did confirm that this female in the back seat is Ashley, so we had to call her back and let her know that we found her daughter. She said, I'm sorry, ma'am, she's deceased. I did my world. I was gone. I heard it was gone. Everything I had loved in my life was taken from me. When Ashley's mom, Kim, told me she's gone.

18:27Of course, I just completely lost it. And I knew Chad had something to do with it. The same day Ashley's body is identified. Police executed search warrant on Chad's home. We began looking around the property. There was some evidence it located at the back of the property in your chicken coop. There was a backpack with a large divers knife. They had a neoprene mask, neoprene gloves. He had duct tape, the taser, large industrial type zip ties, which we recognize from Ashley's body. The stuff was just laying out for us, kind of like on a silver platter, saying, here's the evidence you need. She doesn't happen very often. Investigators also learned disturbing details about Chad and Ashley's past.

19:27According to Ashley's family, soon after they moved in together, the trouble began. There was a difference of emotions and not being so happy. And it's not talking on the telephone so much to me. And she's very distant. Things started to get abusive between Ashley and Chad. Verily, emotionally. By the time her daughter was born, the situation at home had taken an even darker turn. Chad starting getting physical with her. She would have bruises all over her arms. That's when the family stepped in and was like, we love you, we are concerned. And she told me she's like, it's okay. We're going to be okay. Sorry. Her last straw was, she was holding her daughter. And Chad was hitting her and ended up putting them both down on the floor. And would not let her get back up.

20:28That really opened her eyes. She wasn't just needing to look out for herself. She needed to look out for her daughter. By leaving Chad and joining the army, Ashley had hoped to create a better life for herself and her daughter. Chad wasn't okay with it. He definitely still wanted to have her around, to control and manipulate. And Ashley returned home and was granted custody of their daughter. That was the final straw for Chad. He had reached a breaking point in this custody battle for their daughter. This was the only way that he could get things the way that he wanted. And that was to just eliminate Ashley altogether. We were confident that Chad Cobb was responsible for killing Ashley Biggs. And we decided to go ahead and charge him with aggravated murder. That night, he was taken to the Summit County Jail, where he was kept until his arraignment and bond was set at $1.5 million.

21:30No charges are brought against Chad's wife, Erica. There was no physical evidence showing that she was involved in this case. So Erica was released from the New Franklin Police Department. Two days after Ashley Biggs was first reported missing, an autopsy is performed on her body. The medical examiner confirmed that Ashley had died from this fixation due to the zip tie around her neck, but that she also suffered multiple injuries to her head and to the rest of her body. It was a brutal killing. Two weeks after she was murdered, Ashley Biggs is laid to rest. There was a long line of people coming in through the front door saying, Britney, and I was next up to see Britney. And it kind of clicked for the both of us. We kind of just like lost it. And then Britney looks at me and says,

22:31there's someone really important that I want you to meet. She looked down at Ashley's daughter and said, this is your mommy's cousin, Kayla. It was a very bittersweet moment. The first time being able to meet Ashley's daughter and it's at Ashley's funeral. Based on the brutality of Ashley's murder, prosecutors decide to seek the ultimate penalty. Chad Cobb was arraigned and told that he would be facing the potential for death. With Chad behind bars, investigators still have one more mystery to solve. Information we learned from the manager at the Domino's Pizza about the phone call was that it was a female little said her name was Jen. We had no idea who Jen is. And now the question was, who made that call? Our focus became who helped Chad Cobb murder Ashley Biggs.

23:35In the weeks following the arrest of Chad Cobb for the murder of Ashley Biggs, investigators keep close tabs on his communications. As a lead investigator, I started monitoring all the jail calls that came from Chad's at jail to his wife, Erica. You're trying to tell me? Well, I'm trying to. She's bleeding. Yeah? She'll be okay. It was evident that Chad was nervous, scared, even upset, that he had a capital case coming against him. Eight months after Ashley's murder, Chad's lawyers reached out to prosecutors. Chad's attorney indicated that he was willing to accept a plea to essentially the indictment and that he would do a sentence of life without parole for the death of Ashley Biggs. Chad Cobb leads guilty to nine charges, including aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and kidnapping.

24:37He was no longer facing the death penalty and would go to prison for the rest of his life and never be eligible to get out. I felt very relieved. I felt that that was justified. He took a life. He should serve life. He is rotting exactly where he needs to be. After Chad pled guilty, Chad's mother was granted guardianship and custody of Chad and Ashley's daughter. Since Ashley's daughter went to live with Chad's parents, there's been no contact for me or Ashley's mom and her family with her daughter. I have not seen my granddaughter since the funeral and I'm hoping praying and wishing someday I can reunite with her. The case wasn't done, not in my mind. We still know there's another person out there. There's still a female that was probably involved in this.

25:37Hitchens and his team focused on identifying the person who called in the pizza order. A woman named Jen. They have the phone number used to place that call. We learned that the phone was a prepaid phone. That's what we would consider like a burner phone and that some minutes had been added to that phone. During their search of Chad's house, police found a receipt in the trash for two 15 minute air cards. We went to Walmart and the security video shows Chad and his wife, Erica, and his entire family inside the store. And Chad had purchased two 15 minute air cards and they were uploaded to the phone on June 20th, which would have been the night of the missing person call. That just heightened our suspicions that Erica was involved but that didn't give us a direct link to say that she's the one that actually dialed the number and made that call and ordered that pizza. It's possible that Erica was just there with her husband.

26:38Maybe there is another female out there involved. Detective Hitchens told me that there is more to this story and I promise you I will get this resolved for you and your daughter so she can rest in peace. I told her that I would stick with this until you know I wasn't able to work anymore until I retired or whatever and I was going to stick to my promise and try to help her out. Months stretching to use. Detective Hitchens is determined to keep his promise to Ashley's mom. I kept that case file at my desk the entire time and I listened to Geo calls for thousands of hours. Just listening to see if there's something there you can pick up on. Chad would regularly talk to Erica and there was no questions about it, there was no discussion about it, and there was really no talk about the event. I visited Chad when he was at Lake Erie Correctional Facility in Ohio after he was sentenced to prison. Just to talk to him see if he would change his mind and give me any information on who us was involved.

27:38Detective Hitchens said hey I'm here in case anything ever happens that you want to reach out to me and let me know what happened I'm here for you and then he sat and waited. Four years in prison for the murder of Ashley Biggs Chad Cobb begins to crack. While listening to Geo calls from Chad to Erica it's noticeable that their relationship is struggling. Chad ended up going through a divorce with Erica and she ended up getting pregnant and having a child with Chad's best friend. This good friend is now sleeping with his wife moving into his house and taking over the role of father to his children. Erica stopped bringing the children around to visit Chad in prison which ultimately led to him writing me a letter in 2017. In the letter to Detective Hitchens Chad drops a bombshell. He clearly says that Erica is the one that was involved, she was Jen, she's the one that made the call and that she is the manipulative cunning individual that's the mastermind behind everything.

28:51He was explaining to us that Erica is the one who drove him there and the Lincoln navigator and dropped him off and then followed him back to the cornfield to drop Ashley's body and car off on the way back to their house. Now the mystery if you believe Chad was solved but we still had now to be able to prove that in a court of law which had its own hurdles. Chad offers some advice. He said it would behoove me to reach out to his mother Cindy Cobb that she could shed some light on something for us. In 2018 I met with Chad's mother she handed us some evidence that evidence really changed the course of this investigation. Every time I hear a sigh, I think they're talking for me. Seven years after the murder of Ashley Biggs, investigators receive a stunning piece of evidence from Chad's mother Cindy Cobb.

29:55She dropped off a recording device with approximately three hours worth of secretly recorded information between her and Erica. The recording was made by Cindy two years after Ashley was murdered. The conversation was done at Cindy's house. They were talking about the night of the homicide. There's always something I would say to him with the Ashley situation. You know what you can do and what you need. If this is all that you think you can do, then I'm okay with it and I agree with it. I mean, you can put me face to face that you're at the call as you said, a media. There's no idea that Chad said this is what we're going to do and this is your audit and I carry out my audit. Here in that audio recording was huge. It shows that she had knowledge, shows that she was part of it, that she set this all in motion by calling and ordering the pizza.

30:59I get exactly what we don't even do. And it was because it was forcing me to do it or like, hand it on to my hand. It was because he said this is your murder or this is what you're going to do, just how it all was. Finally, after seven years, after Ashley's murder, we believed we had enough evidence to secure a successful prosecution of Erica. We ended up traffic stop on her and having her exit the vehicle and placing her under arrest without incident. Erica's defenco is charged with murder, aggravated murder, kidnapping, and aggravated robbery. To my surprise, I get a phone call. Detective Hitchins. It was more closure than I've ever had in the last seven years. Ashley's mom Kim called me to let me know, she said, we got her.

32:00I of course started to cry, think I was screaming, I was completely stunned. The feeling you get with blood rushing through your body, even making that phone call, it was warm. I mean, I was happy. One year after Erica's defenco's arrest, her trial begins. Nothing's a slam dunk. We're never able to find any kind of DNA, any kind of physical evidence whatsoever that would link Erica to the homicide. At this point, I'm just hoping this trial goes our way. You just never know until it's over with and it can be nerve-wracking. Eight years have passed since Ashley Biggs was murdered. It was the first in-person trial since the pandemic started. It was nerve-wracking due to COVID because no one could attend in the courtroom, so we all had to watch via live stream. I want you to please keep in mind complicity. When I made my opening statements, I wanted to make the jury aware of the law of complicity.

33:05Under the law of complicity, it does not matter if Erica's defenco carried out the crime. If two people come together to facilitate a crime and one person does one part and another person does another, they are both equally guilty. Erica's defense team opens by attacking the man who brought about Erica's trial. Her now ex-husband, Chad Cobb. He is desperate. His family is desperate. The shortness sentence to get out early any way he can. The prosecution argues that Erica incriminated herself on tape. The centerpiece of their case is the audio recording with Chad's mom. This was the definitive piece of evidence the state has because it is the defendant's own voice.

34:17The jury hears Erica identify the custody battle over Ashley's daughter as the motive for murder. The court's granted Ashley temporary full custody of her daughter, and I think that bothered Chad and Erica and just ate them up. We thought that was significant for the jury to hear that to see that it wasn't just some shrinking violet that was just doing what her man told her. Do I feel bad on what happened to her or not really? On day two, the state calls Chad Cobb to testify from prison. According to Chad, Erica was not only behind the wheel with the kids in tow on the night of the murder.

35:26She was also the mastermind behind the plan. What did you hear Erica say on that phone call? I remember her saying somebody else's name, Jennifer or maybe KB, and I remember she ordered a pizza. And so Ashley showed up to deliver the pizza? Yes, sir. Is it fair to say Ashley did not leave that parking lot alive that night? Yes, sir, that is accurate. Chad started putting forth the version that Erica was the one who actually killed Ashley. The place where you dropped off Ashley's car was Ashley already dead? Yes, sir. Did you strangle her? I'm not the one who strangle her, sir. Would you please repeat that? I am not the one who strangle her, sir. When Chad was alluding that, Erica was the one who strangled Ashley.

36:27I was taken aback. He was really looking to not hold himself fully accountable for what he did. It's through us all for a loop. Where did this come from? Is he telling you the truth now? It cast some doubt on how the jury would perceive his whole testimony. On the third day of trial, prosecutors call one of the most anticipated witnesses for their case. We call Chad and Ashley's daughter. She was in the car. I believe she was seven years old. And she heard that phone call that lured her mother to her death. I said to you the name Ashley Bays. What does that mean to you? That is my mother. In the trial of Erica's defenco for the murder of Ashley Bays, Ashley's daughter takes the stand. Now 15 years old, her face is not filmed because she's a minor.

37:30Do you have a memory of your mother? I don't have many memories of her. Ashley's side of the family has not seen her since the funeral eight years earlier. The cop family has had soul custody. I was very proud of her. I was very happy that she was finally going to stand up to Erica in a way that she never has been able to before. And I know Ashley was watching very proudly. So let me take you to the reason we're all here. Do you remember your mother's death? I remember it happening. Yes. Do you have a memory of Erica making a phone call? Yes. Tell us about the phone call. I can remember her. And I remember hearing it, but not seeing it. And I know she ordered a pizza. And I can remember that she did not use her name.

38:31Do you know where you were when you heard this phone call being made? In the back of a car. It's horrifying that Chad and Erica thought that that was an okay thing to do as parents. To have your children in the car that night while everything was happening. They could have seen something. They could be scarred for life. On a sixth day of trial, we had closing arguments. We made sure I hammered home complicity. And the facts that show the Erica's defenco was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The defense uses its closing argument to cast doubt on the reliability of the prosecution's key witnesses, including Chad Cobb. I submit to you that Erica's defenco is a scapegoat of Chad Cobb. He wants to use her to get out of prison. What's his motive? The ladies and gentlemen, if you haven't thought of it, find out real simple revenge.

39:38When the jury went on to deliberate the first day pass, second day pass, third day pass. At this point in time, we were thinking it could go either way. It was very terrifying. It kind of went from like, okay, we're relieved, we're in trial. Erica's going to get convicted to, oh my gosh, this may turn out really bad. Like she may not be convicted. After deliberating for three days, the jury returns. It's my understanding that the jury has reached a verdict. At this time, regarding count 15, the jury has found the defendant, Erica's defenco guilty of the offense of aggravated murder. The jury found Erica's defenco guilty of aggravated murder and murder. And we believe the jury got it correct. Guilty murder.

40:38Thank you, Lord. They might die to rest in peace. Fly high in my angel. Erica's defenco is found not guilty for kidnapping and aggravated robbery. It was a combination of years, of hard work, of never giving up on a part of detective hitchings. He never stopped investigating. It was a huge relief. It was definitely everything that I wanted. You know, it was the right outcome that I thought should be. And this wouldn't all not happen if it wasn't for detective hitchings. 41:40She will not see the light of day for a minimum of 30 years. Since that day, that Ashley's daughter went to live with Chad's parents. There's been no contact for me and Ashley's daughter. She has no relationship or anything with her mom's side of the family. It's very hard even to this day. I hope she's doing good. I hope she is successful in life. There's lots of pieces of Ashley that I hold on to. I try to remember all of the good. I don't want her to be remembered as the pizza delivery driver murder. Like, I want her to be remembered as Ashley Biggs, somebody who died fighting for her child. And that's what a parent does. I hope that one day, Ashley's daughter will just understand how much her mom loved her.
