There are many common causes that most people ignore or don't think is an issue until they end up with injuries and illnesses that prevent them from being able to race or be competitive. With the triathlon season starting up for many, it's a great time to do a review, and also a reminder of what to look out for so that you can reduce inflammation and carry on performing.
