About this episode
This session was inspired by the fantastic movie TENET by Christopher Nolan.
In this hypnosis session, you visit a moment in your life (possibly a traumatic event) that was the cause of a disempowering belief that shaped your life (such as "I'm not good/smart/attractive enough" etc.)
This point in your life is considered a temporal junction and you visit this same moment both forwards and backward in time (temporal pincer movement) but armed with the information gleaned from the past to install a new and more useful belief.
You are also able to perceive that this traumatic moment never existed because a future version of you altered the past so that it never happened to begin with.
