Welcome to episode #53. In this episode I cover what are the transition times of year. I also discuss how I deal with those transition times. 

Another Labor Day Holiday weekend has come and gone. US Open Tennis is almost over for another year in NY City. And the NFL has started its regular season. Summer is just about to end and Fall is just around the corner! 

What do you have planned to do and/or accomplish by Halloween, or Thanksgiving or even Christmas and New Year's Eve? How do you handle transition times?
