Now we're in a transition a little bit. Mully and hard, one, oh, four, three, the score we broadcast from the scores Hyundai studios brought to you by your local Hyundai dealers. Want to thank them want to thank Jacob Stutz. He gets us up and twitching in the morning and want to wish him well. He's going to the final four game tomorrow in Indianapolis. Proud Align, I fan and graduate and I want to wish my son a happy birthday. His birthday is Saturday. He's at Illinois and the Align, I will be playing the birthday present. That would be yeah. So wait a go. But congratulations. We timed that one. Perfect. Perfectly always and and thanks to everyone for calling and texting and emailing also. Thank you for listening on this Friday. Thanks to our executive producer. He is Dustin William William Rhodes. What's the vibe in Chicago right now coach? So five in Chicago's go white sock.
That's been a while. Yeah, that's an old oldie but goodie. But it is today and thank you, Sean Sears, for your great work today. Samgata. It was extremely cold here. All right. Now we get to go to wings and rings where we find Laila Rehimi, Marshall Harris and Mark Brody. Wow. Hello guys. Good morning. How are you? The whole crew. The whole crew there. We're here. We're pumped up. It's the white socks home opener and the socks as we'll be saying a lot this year, I think. Socks could use a win. Oh man. They could use a win. That's every day, yes. But I think today a little bit more special value because it is the home opener. And you would hope that a guy like Grant Taylor on the mound that, you know, show me something special, show me something. Taylor made for a special performance. Nicely played. You're so Dave and Har.
You're so hot. I'll grant you that. Granted, it is the white socks we're talking about. So, you know how this is going to go. I heard Steve Stone tell us that Grant Taylor could go 50, 60 pitches. 50, I think. When he said that, I was like, wait a minute. So as planned, like he's that stretched out that he could throw potentially three even into the fourth. I was surprised. I hope he has like five run or five, excuse me, five pitch innings and he could go 10. That'd be great. Yeah. That would be ideal. And I think at this point he's the guy who brings the most hope on the current version of this pitching staff. So I am excited to see at least what he can do. And yeah, toe to toe with a guy who we know very well in Dylan C's. What makes this compelling? Tell us what you got. You got PV, right? He'll tell you what you got. Yeah, yeah, PV. If only he could go out there, right guys? Jake PV is at 1025. We are broadcasting live from Wings and Rings on Hallstead before this home opener on the
south side. There's free parking everybody in the back. Watch shuttles to him from the game. And if you show proof of your socks game day tickets, you can get a free side. So come by and say, hi, we are here until two. Debrown joins us at 11. We are excited to talk to a member of that 2005, a lie 19 five on it is at noon at 1225 or friend Sierra Santos with MLB network will join us now with intentional talk and Daniel Jeremiah NFL network analyst joins us at one. All right, guys. Have a great show.
