Train your mind and become a consistent competitor which impacts your recruiting
About this episode
There is nothing worse than training lots of numbers but struggling to compete consistently. This podcasts helps to remind the athlete how important it is to compete by training your mind to be positive. Six up five count is the name of the game in the college meet. The college coach has to know you can hit when it counts.
