A passenger has been killed in Poland after a train collided with a concrete mix of truck at a level crossing south of the country's capital. The passenger train was derailed in the crash with around 120 on board. 20 people were injured with two victims airlifted to hospital. It's the second serious rail crashing Poland in as many weeks.
