Over in Pinellas County, Sheriff's deputies confirmed the recovery of a missing St. Petersburg voter named Tony Lay. He fell into the water near Channel Marker 18 while out with family south of Maximal Park and despite searches by witnesses he was later found. Dead in the channel. Another incident unfolded near the Skyway Bridge where a man went missing after entering the water according to Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
