Joined by my partner JL on this episode, we discuss the highs and lows of our own relationship; and it's most certainly been toxic lately.Part our own traumas that we came to the relationship with, but also part toxic self-help advice from Instagram, we openly share with you guys where we went wrong and what we're doing to rebuild it. We also discuss the mindset one must use Instagram or any social media platform with in order to benefit from it, rather than have it keep you in a cycle of gaslighting yourself. What advice are we really getting from people we don't even know on Instagram? Some of them have no credentials or even life experience to be giving advice.
