Top Federal Prosecutor REFUSES to Indict Trump Enemy Letitia James

Resisting pressure from Donald Trump, a career prosecutor has concluded that there is no probable cause to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud.

Assistant United States Attorney Elizabeth Yusi has worked at the Department of Justice for more than 18 years. And now she will run the risk of being wrongfully terminated by Trump for abiding her ethical responsibility to decline to prosecute someone based on insufficient evidence that a crime was committed.
