Fargo and Stranger Things actor Joe Kiri is also the guy behind one of the biggest hits of 2024 end of beginning. He came up with the name Joe spelled DJO late one night because he needed a name to upload his tracks to music services. And that's all he could come up with. Anyway, support TMS spelled TMS today at patreon.com slash TMS coming up on the morning stream. I don't like ee comeings. No country for gay men. Nibblers shit. Call to the FedEx guy. Winding bats. Charles fetch me my donut puppet. Googly boobs because capital letters are up. It's all symbols. Have you met backspace moron? Firey ass girl drummer. Brian breaking sort of bad. Stuck in a quillo drinking nothing but pee until you die taking up space with Amy and more on this episode of The Morning Stream. It's a filet of fish. The morning stream. The whole damn shelf is breaking off. Hello and welcome to TMS. This is the morning stream for Tuesday, September 8th, 2026. I am Scott Johnson. That is if you are to believe it. Brian, if it's not a life model decoy simulation or an AI. Slop version. I've been accused of looking like a slop for most of my life. No, it's me. It's me. Yeah, but that makes your your photo bombs all the more real to me.

They're like NFTs for people now. Yeah. Now if you if you own one. Oh yeah. Evil commodity. Yeah. I think I think Luke Combs actually just released a cover of that bananza commercial. So good for them. Sweet good for them. Another 500 grand in their pocket. Exactly. Like what's the reference to Luke Combs? Listen, y'all need to be patrons. Listen to the pre show. Yeah. You're missing out. Y'all need pre show people. Yeah. And we're not even like big country fans, Brian and I. In fact, I would call Brian the opposite of a country fan. I'm an old country fan. I like Hank Williams. I like Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton. Sure. George Jones. Little love. But once you start getting into the spectacle of like the, the, you know, the massive arenas and the songs that all sound the same. I'm, I'm really not interested. Yeah. I was talking about it with Hammond today on Dale music headlines because we had a couple stories about country music. Carrie Underwood just did a, a show where she covered limp biscuit and pop a roach and a camera

who else. That's unusual. Yeah. Did a cover of break stuff. And Hammond's like, yeah, I bet she's, I bet she's getting ready to come out with a heavy metal cover album. Like, oh, yeah, you're probably right. Oh, yeah. That's usually so. Yeah. But there was another article in today's show about how country music is kind of back on the swing of, of things to folks like Casey Chambers and others. A more openness about sexuality. Song subject matter, right? Like it's, it's coming back as opposed to, well, you know, I'm going to go to church and do do do and drive home my truck and watch some football. Do do do do. That's a real country song. I think Luke Holmes actually just, just now did a cover of my song. The give away, the giveaway was that do do do part. Do do do do. Yeah. Yeah. But apparently because of newer female artists, there's a more open openness about sexuality. And I said, yep, except for the gaze. Like, you know, you still won't see orville peck getting fair treatment at a country.

Like, like top billing at a country concert or anything like that. Unfortunately. Yeah. You're not going to get, um, who is that? Who am I thinking of? It was kind of openly openly gay. No, no, no, it was like a, a country star. Oh, can't just start this open for a hot minute. And she, it was a she and it was, she had short hair. Oh, what was her freaking name? They buried her. That's how that's how that's Katie laying. That's it. Katie laying. You know, that's funny. I don't even think of her as a country has, but she totally is. Yeah. And, uh, she's not the only one exception I can think of. You still, you still misspelled it, Amy. Uh, please fix your spelling of Katie Lang. Oh, um, what is it? Jeans. It's supposed to be all lowercase. Oh, lowercase K, lowercase D, lowercase Ellen Lang. It's why is that? What was that about? The, I don't know. Okay. That's weird. It's a little weird. You think she goes to like the DMV and goes, hold on a second.

I read to retype this. It's supposed to be all lowercase. There's an author that did that too. Is it eE Cummings? Am I thinking, is it the right? Am I thinking the right person? This is, this is where Amy would definitely know. Was it eE Cummings? Was it a, a mill? Was it R, R Martin? Who is it that? Yeah, they're all saying it's e Cummings. Which just looks like E Cummings. E Cummings. E Cummings. E Cummings. E Cummings. Who's coming? That's the name of my finishing move. Hell yeah. So, well, that's, that's, it's interesting. The lowercase. Yeah, I don't know. I'm trying to think of a case where that would be. I guess you just do what you do and you have a public image thing and you're just do what you do. You just say, all right, it's really, you know, it is forever going to be all lowercase, Brian, all uppercase, Ibit. Is the way it's going to be. I don't know. No crap. Can I just give a quick thanks, though? Grab for his title submission. No country for gay men. That's, that is so freaking on the nose.

Yeah. That's pretty good, man. That's pretty good. I don't know that it sounds, it sounds ominous without context like we didn't, you know, like it sounds like, of course, that's a problem around here. We don't have a country for gay men, but, yeah. I just wanted to know how much I appreciate it. Even if we don't use it, all right? Yeah. Yeah, the Rath 86 brings up. Lisa's not the print symbol. Did you see the, then there was an artist earlier this year. Oh, someone else doing the symbol thing. It is a collection of symbols, some of which, I don't even think you can type on a keyboard. And that is the entirety of their name. And then they released an album that's a bunch of other symbols. How the hell do you search for that when you're looking for it? Rath, that's it. Yeah, it's, you, you, they're also go by Rath, right? Is that it? We could kill him. Oh, is it? How do you, but if they only go by this symbol, how the hell do you find him? Yeah, let me see if I can find the, no, I don't think it's Rath. There's another, it's like a EDM, EDM artist that's all symbols.

I mean, there's, there's creative and then there's like, and then there, you know, Princess Reason was different, but, exactly. Yeah, here we go. All right. I'll give you this link. Yep. You can even see it in the link that I'm giving you. Okay. Oh my gosh, dude. Yeah. Here, here for fun, chat. Let's see the link first. Yeah. So this is the link. It looks like that. Look at all that business at the end of the thing. Yep. And then if I go to the actual site. Yeah, the actual page. Oh, this page does not seem to exist, it says. What? Unless this is another one of their, little joking jokes. That's bizarre. Do I have the right unicode installed to like, I know. I don't know how else to give this. Let me see if I can, is there another way for me to share this? Because, can you shorten it like a tiny CC or something? That's a good idea. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So let's see. Why would you do this to yourself if you were this bander performer?

This is the whole reason, right? Exactly. Insane to me. It's shortened. Domain not allowed, but you can request a white listing. It won't let me even make a tiny dot CC. Let's try a tiny URL. And see if they'll let me do it. That is so funny to me. Not only is this impossible to search for and find, you can't even bring the damn thing up. Just share it exactly, which is really funny. Maybe that's their pole thing is like, we don't, we're not modern, man. You only know about us because you talk about it. You show up to our shows, man. Maybe it's like that. I got verified your human. Yes, I'm human. Okay. Here we go. I think they do look like winged things, chat. They definitely are winged things. I think they are winged things. Yeah. Same deal. I get this. Really? I don't know why. And the URL is exactly as you gave me up here. Let's see. That's funny. There's my Firefox window up there. Oh. Look at that nonsense. That's hilarious.

Yeah, that is what it looks like in here. All right. Sunbun put a link in the, in Twitch. Oh, Wikipedia? Yes. This is the Wikipedia page for the album, which is called Winged Things because what else would you call it? What? That's the, that's so on the nose. Wait a minute. Oh. There's nothing there. Click that winged things album. Like did you mean winged things album? Yeah. Okay. Now you got it. The literally winged things. That is what that is. So that top it is the album title. And then underneath it where it says studio album by, but you didn't, why you didn't be role. Okay. What is it this nonsense? Those are all that, this is the track. Those are the track titles. The one thing about it that says is the release or sorry, the, so it's English musician Kieran Hebden goes under the alias.

It says it was released with like a lot of people really liked it. It is a really good album. I listened to it in the car and you should see that the key is soul trying to put the name of this each track as it plays them on my little display screen. It's like a big long ticker forever. It's like exactly like a little, a little symbol vomit. So hold on. If I went to just YouTube and said and searched for winged things album, I'd probably find this right? You might. Yeah. Let's try it. Wing. Come on YouTube. Knock it off. Winged things album. Okay. Yeah. If you go to Apple music and you search for it, you get it as well. If you search for winged things. Found it. Okay. So. All right. I'm going to check that out later because I love electronic music. And I don't mind when people are being otur about it, but that's a, that's crazy. It's a little, it's, it's a little obnoxious. Yeah. I agree.

Yeah. It's too much. It's like when, it's like when he who shall not be named and grimes name their child, like 11 back space 74th, chemical symbol for boron, whatever it was. Like, oh, you guys are so clever. Yeah. Exactly. You know what it is? The one that annoys me about this one is that it, it, it goes against all the ways of discovery in 2026. Yeah. Yet it's based on a computer font from the 90s. So it's like, you got one foot in. Yeah. And one foot out. And I don't know. It's just chaos to me. This is interesting because I was just thinking about bands or, or groups or even just single performers who have kind of a, a thing, you know, this is obviously very extreme. But last night, I could not, I went on a binge that made me feel like I maybe had some like OCD about it. I could not stop listening to ghost last night, just constant. Really?

Oh, they're new style. They're so good. It's so good. And they've got some really killer covers. I almost sent a request into the TMS for a cover. Yeah. Because I love that. We've played quiet a few of them on the show. I think we've played, we played their cover of Abba's Marionette or the Carpenters. Yeah, but Abba's Marionette and, um, uh, we didn't do the Tina Turner. We don't need another hero. We don't know. I don't think we have. We got to do that shit. Yeah. That is such a bang or do. Yeah. It's, you know, I don't often say, I feel like covers and originals need to be judged separately and not compare it against each other because it's like comparing two different songs. You don't say, oh, this song is better, completely different song. But I do like ghosts cover of we don't need another hero more than that. Tina Turner version. Yeah, it's really good. If that would have been in the credits of Matt Max, beyond Thunderdome, I would have enjoyed Matt Max, beyond Thunderdome more, I think. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nine to 12. Ding Bats was the original term for type setting for, for all those weird characters.

Like, you know, you'd, you'd just say Ding Bats and, and Zapp. Well, that was, that was when the Mac had it, right? The windows come along and did their own thing. I think that's when they, that's where it is. It's like, we don't want Ding Bats. We want. I think I think so. I bet, I bet you're right. I'll bet it's, because, because the first three letters of winged things are the first three letters of windows. And like, oh, shit. Yeah. And then, and, uh, Ariel became the new hellbedica for, for windows and stuff like that. I think there was a thing here. Let's see, winged things is a series of ding back fonts that render letters of variety symbols originally developed by Microsoft. Yeah. So there it is. They know, oh, 1990 by Microsoft. So yeah, it was a, it was a Microsoft invention. Winged things existed before that, though. War crusher brings up the band, the, yeah, I just, I just, I just, if I'm searching for, uh, that, that is stream. I just searched for Matt Johnson, because he's the, he's the dude behind that. It was, he and Johnny Marr from the Smiths, but, uh, not always through because my,

just literally my brother's name. So it's weird to search for Matt Johnson. Yeah. Searching for Matt Johnson. Yeah. Yeah. Find a crazy Korean. Well, that's interesting. I, um, had a weird thing happen yesterday. Mm-hmm. I think this came down to the guy I was talking to. I have this neighbor. He's in his set early 70s. Nice guy. Nice enough. Um, he has this, uh, daughter who I taught in our class too. Super sweet. His wife's really nice. She's from Brazil. Nice people. Um, but we don't talk that often. And yesterday I was out putting the garbage out like you do, you know, sure. And, uh, we had particularly full garbage. So I'm just sort of struggling with it. It was very heavy. I don't know what we put in there, but something was heavy. I feel like when, you know, when we had, uh, water melon. Yeah. Yeah. That is the thing that, that, oh my gosh. This is the time of year. Yeah. This is the time of year. If you got a heavy trash can, it's because of watermelon. Yeah. Um, the brand is a, uh, rinds are like the most dense material in the universe feels

like sometimes. So anyway, and then nibbler's shit. Yeah. They're like the, the level, those are the two. So we, yeah. I was just moving it out there. It was by myself. And I, I'm probably, I don't know how far I'd have been. Whatever, like, probably like 30 yards from him. Mm-hmm. So far enough that you have to, you know, waver yell or whatever. You got a wave, yeah. Right. Yeah. And I go. I go, how's it going? his name's Steve I go Steve how's it going and he writes back he sends back he yells back he sends back he looks at me and the kind of positive yeah he tweets is a day later no he looks at he looks at me he kind of looked at me for a second not confused but kind of pausing for I don't know like he was had to think of a reply yeah any yells the pet shop boys now I don't have any idea I and I just went all right the wave and I went in and I was done yeah the question is

a if you hear the word how's it going from far away and maybe your hearing's not so great or I don't know it's just a long distance maybe I didn't even yell at that loud I don't know what he had heard do you think maybe he didn't understand the question he might have thought you were asking what have I done to deserve this it's a sin that's a different song different different song different band no same band different yeah okay yeah why that coming to my head anyway he he I'm trying to think so if I say how's it going it must he must have thought when he listening to did he have ear buds in no that I can tell in three yards away okay possible the little tiny dark ones are something I mean that would explain it is if he had like like what you let me know too when he's there might not have been white air pods pros but yeah if he had those like darker ones there sometimes I can't tell a passenger has those dark ear buds in and they'll start talking like like we're in the middle of a conversation I'll be like I'm sorry what and then I realized

they're on the phone yeah because it's not as obvious right no not as obvious so it's it's and digital hype said in the chat's possible I misheard him totally totally yeah but I swear to you he said very enunciated style the pet shop boys and he didn't point to his ears or anything if he'd have done that I would have gone oh they're been like okay he's listening to the pet shop yeah because it's also not something not usually it's not the first thing you ask somebody from 30 yards away if you haven't seen them in a while no you don't you don't say taking out the trash what are you listening to yeah and then also part of me's like I mean he's only I mean how it's okay so he's I think he's like 73 mm-hmm it also struck me as like if he is listening to the pet shop boys I went oh well that's I don't know any other 70 plus year olds listen to the pet shop boys but then I thought well they would have been he would have been what 25 when the pet shop boys did

things he easily could have been a fan of the pet shop boys yeah well maybe 30 like 80 four yeah that's like me saying I like I like rooster from the dirt album from Allison Chains yeah I was 20 yeah in theory I'm listening to that when I'm 90 mm-hmm just cuz you know we just think old people don't have aren't cool at all yeah they're kind of cool they're cool we're gonna be cool oh long we're gonna be way cool I mean we're gonna be way cool in our heads it's gonna be you know the kids like you know every time somebody gets in my car especially somebody younger I you know if I go if I decide to Uber in the afternoon and it sounds like I'm Ubering a lot I'm really not like it's it's down to about once or twice a week just because I'm so busy with other stuff but I'll usually hop in the car about three three three three 30 somewhere on there and 50% of the time one of my first rides is picking up somebody from high school picking up a teenager from high school and taking them home it does come on parents how

much is this costing a lot as the answer a lot exactly I think there's a thing with there's a generational thing from kids ages about 16 to about 25 mm-hmm where the pandemic broke them with deliveries and ease of access and ride sharing and all that shit mm-hmm when it made the most sense now it's just expensive more than it's ever been and they just are hooked on it or something because Nick will do this I'm like oh Nick or Nick's always I have a money in cam afforded they can't do this can't do that and then two two hours later I'm like oh who ordered freaking you know pizza 11 30 at night for $42 right exactly so I think there's something wrong with their heads yeah this is definitely something wrong with it but I'll be you know I basically have a station on my apple music called it's the one that apple automatically generates for you just called brain-ibid station yeah and it's it's a mix of things that I've liked or searched for but also things pendoras you know and spotifies and says I think you'd also like this so you know I'm

like about about to pull them up and I'm like oh it's playing a Led Zeppelin song let me fast forward to something a little more modern ah here we go green day and then they get in the current I'm thinking myself yeah green day American idiot which came out 22 years ago yeah missed again you know 10 years before they were born or five years before they were born yeah don't even look at dukey that came out like 34 years ago or something yeah no kidding so it's yeah they're classic rock band yeah is chapel roon considered new what about BB rexa could I play some BB rexa for you yeah I got my I use you to like the Selena Gomez I listen to YouTube music and it gave me a suggestion for something called trans am radio I'm like what is this is that the most dad rock thing ever oh gosh dude totally and it's a mix too I thought it would just be 70 stuff and it is but there's a ton of like 80s 90s but it's all it's all songs you would associate with a guy up their street that drives a trans amster uh-huh

is that they're working on it there's like a oily rag sitting on the hanging on the side of it while the hood is open yeah yeah kind of and I'll tell you what are metal blasting on this there on the uh maybe it's because I was listening to ghost and it was like yeah because they're reminiscent of these metal in a weird way um they transcend it though it's weird I don't know how that band is crazy I really like it is crazy and it's it's you look at the band you look at photos of the band and say oh yeah I don't think I'm gonna like this and then you start playing it's like oh this is not this is not the band that it looked like it was gonna be on the album oh it's like melodic and yeah and uh and it's like really diverse that's that Mary on the cross thing is really really good yeah it's like I don't know I love it you've had Tobias is kind of a fruitcake sometimes but uh see the lead dude the yeah Tobias forge father what is it pop uh pop uh marina yeah yeah I think it's what he's now I like his I like I like the look of it all I'm into that like that's all awesome the stage presence is cool the

weird look at dark pop ups I know pop yeah exactly that stuff is cool um he seems like he might be a little bit of a nutter better though yeah you know he um very normal looking when he takes the makeup off very normal looking when you take the the makeup off but there was there's some I remember talking the Hammond loves him too and he's seen them in concert a bunch of times he made me he made me but I enjoyed it watch the the concert film um what a Mexico new one too oh yeah the new ones of mexico I think and I think is the new one of mexico the one that's like part of the skeletal tour um crap I looked at I saw I played no way to like a big rigger so yeah but it's like some crazy crazy crowd noise man not not in a bad way but like a really like it's bigger than an arena you can tell it's one of those outdoor like monstrous shows interesting that just seas of humans he you know uh he he apparently is like uh like resets the band obviously resets

the band all the time but I think to the dismay of the performers who work with them like his musicians I think he's cleared out people oh really oh yeah I can't remember the this is this is definitely going to be a a Hammond question but uh here's what I like about ghost another thing I like about ghost I like a lot of things about ghosts but here's what I like about seeing ghost in concert they make you put your phone away like your phone goes in a zipper bag that you keep but he wants you to experience the show and not just be there to record it yeah I like that I think I prefer that when um I mean I know that some bands encourage like I'll turn your lights on and everybody's yeah do them whatever but I'm more I'm way more like turn it off let's enjoy this thing for real I don't know if this is most recent incarnation I don't think it is I think it's different doesn't he look more like Guido Sarducci right now yeah it's like you know like uh whoops that's not the right place that's kind of like the classic uh that's probably my favorite of the looks

yes the favorite era yeah yeah I think it's that that when you're hovering over right now I think that's it the uh yeah this with the like little French revolution suit yes exactly yeah I mean look all I know is I could I like Monica oh geez of course brand likes that yeah you know what because when I look when I want to go see a band if I'm not sitting in the front row here's what it looks like to me a sea of phones all being held up over people's heads you know why they're holding it up over their heads because they don't want to block their view of the concert yeah I feel like I would fill this way if I was 15 it didn't matter yeah it's not because we're old it's because you're in the way that's what it is exactly you're holding that phone up above your head because you don't want it to block your view guess what it's doing it's blocking my view so if you're gonna record it totally fine keep your phone in front of you and don't hold it up above your above your head yeah I agree I agree someone else brought up a Russian there now big their concert is right now 100,000 people down in Brazil oh wow um yeah I also listen to their new drummer

Anika's oh showing so good yeah yeah I was listening to that last night and cranked it up Ramona was over and she grabbed drumsticks all on her own she hears she's too old she grabs these jumpsticks comes in the room and she like places plastic toys around in a like a like a like a little circle kind of she's not there's no video by the way we're just playing music out of my phone and she just starts banging on this stuff with Neil Perth like or pyrrk'd like you're just going with it and I thought wow I think we may have a little red headed little fiery-ass girl drummer on her hands that'd be awesome I know I mean you know sad for mom and dad yeah that'd be awesome awesome for her Manika always wanted to do that but he he probably still code he's very good very rhythmic and there's his sticks in fact he used to have a kit and all that but she Jesus has taken to it and she's counting like she's going really it's not it's not great yeah but she's like two one one two three one one two one like that do you still have your rock band gear

for the no no I sold it all like a dumbass there's a new one coming out though the people that made the the original rock band have a new game coming out they know it games common it's called oh or maybe there's original guitar hero people or maybe they're all the same but it's a new game with new instruments and everything they're really bring it back to the five yeah and the current Xbox to bring it back man we'll see uh lent all my stuff to Tristan and I hope he doesn't sell it because I you know I landed to him with the plan that yeah I want it back at some point but um depends on if the Audi needs work again right exactly oh he owes me big time yeah I have to do Tina's uh Nissan Road here pretty soon I did a little look up and said does she have those stupid wear sensors no she doesn't but I think I might call Tristan over say you're coming over to help work on moms breaks it's your it's your this is how you pay uh pay me back for uh working on yours as you come back and help me work on moms yep and more and then you're not done even then gotta keep coming back work on mom stuff right right exactly come over and help me with

mine uh shea Maddox by the way says Brian's nightmare is someone holding their phone above their head shouting loudly with their shoes off and and the Ray Thads while loudly eating nailed it 100 percent yeah it's just described as the Frankenstein of Brian kryptonite it is the that is the person that could push me to do something rash and I I'm talking about um y'all giving them the look yeah not not mowing them all down with a weapon or something no no no I mean come on who this is me we're talking about no the Brian doing something rash is giving him this that's pretty rash man yeah look at the rashness you don't come back from that well uh thank you all uh by the way that movie or that game I guess is called stage tour that's coming out so cool watch for that I don't know when it comes out they announced it games calm I guess it'll be next year if I had to guess it's really cool um yeah what what kind of uh improvements and yeah I don't know I mean I

think the hardest part about that business was always the licensing and I don't know how uh that would change it's I assume it won't change that has to be said it is all gonna be about the oh man I wonder if you can use this with your uh old gear be great if you could there was some talk that the usb ones would really okay but there was some proprietary early stuff that won't okay I don't know if that's still true but uh or if you know this may be a thing that ships with the stuff and you just get it no matter what I don't know yeah might be uh I definitely need to see a song list because that's the thing that makes a break if it's you know if it's all good Charlotte and panic of the disco I can come up with like I use probably as I like I like fan of the disco I can't use that one as an example um but if it's all stuff that's newer than 20 and I know neither those bands I just mentioned are newer than 2021 but if it's all stuff that's newer than 2021 I'm gonna be like got any you know freedom rock down there got any uh guarantee trans trans am rock I guarantee

they'll go old school they have to right you gotta have the classics yeah you gotta do uh I'm a cow boy I want to steal the horse ax because that song's in all those damn things if it really is yeah yeah y'all want your jovy good news it's coming all right guys uh we have a chance now to learn a thing or two and uh how do we do that well we do this one of the things that I enjoy also is reading hey it's time for us to read and maybe we'll learn about some books we didn't know about before and we'll do that with our friend Amy Robinson aka Redfragile Amy what's going on oh hello friend how are you new it is a joy how are how are you feeling post dragon con at this point I am very tired yes I'm very tired and also I am happy to be back in podcast land where I'm allowed to take up space yeah yeah all right oh you feel as that is that one of the issues with the

uh dragon tongue you didn't feel like you were okay so a minute I'm gonna just say I will say this so I have on my new achievement shirt today because um this year marked the first time that I directed a piece at uh the dragon con puppetslam which is the the largest puppetslam in the world um we get like two thousand people that line up two hours ahead of time to and in the Atlanta heat they sit outside and wait two hours for the at at midnight you know to see this puppet slam um but my idea was sort of it wasn't like one piece it was like lots of little inner special pieces so it was kind of like a running gag and um yeah the the slam ran long because of technical issues and my piece no one else's piece my piece got cut boo who do we have to go who do we have to go beat up I'm pissed about that nobody nobody nobody needs beating up but I just felt like

I said I was like I'm glad to go back to my podcast people were they are happy for me to take up space you know and I don't I don't feel like I have to earn my right to take up space no so because I feel like my my my my my piece was so funny and clever like you know as you guys know dungeon crawler Carl I have been on the dungeon crawler Carl bandwagon for a very long time you're the first place I heard about it was you I didn't exactly yeah and so I mean I wrecked it you know like years ago on this show right and uh meaning recommended I didn't like wreck it like wreck it Ralph like anyway um so you know I mean I can legit say that I you know I've you know hipsterly like oh I knew I knew I'm when yeah but yeah but um anyway I mean I feel like I'm kind of responsible for a lot of people learning about dungeon crawler Carl because I brought it to the show so anyway but it's having quite the moment right now like there were so many dungeon crawler

Carl cosplays that when they did the photo shoot at dragon con uh they had to split them up into two groups because so many people were dressed up as Carl wow and I have a theory about that which is number one you know obviously DCC's having a huge moment but also it's a really low rent low effort cosplay right right I mean it's heart under my hair and heart boxers and knee pads and you got it right like that's it that's all you need and uh so you know it's uh cat uh right now that that's not to say that some people didn't put some very serious effort into their Carl cosplay because some people did it was really really impressive what some people did but anyway all of that said this was the year if we were gonna do a DCC thing at this lamb this was the year to do it because it's when it's in the zeitgeist and we haven't missed the wave on it right and

the hosts of the dragon conslam are the sci fi janitors whose names are bob and Carl all right so it writes itself sure sure so I I wrote a piece where I I had one of those uh you know that you've seen the little inflatable dinosaur things and the ones where it's like the velociraptor that it looks like you're writing on it you know yeah but your legs are moving over all oscillators legs yeah yeah right exactly exactly so I did a thing where I was in all black like check black you know I had a hood and everything and I'm on this dinosaur and then my my princess donut puppet crap I meant to have that with me chalk bring me my donut puppet Charles oh good it um do ding ding Charles fetch me my donut puppet um that's so funny because the other option for a book had a at a valet named Charles oh really

oh I'll do that one next month anyway um so right so I had my donut puppet here and so it looks like donut is writing on mango right oh perfect and uh so she comes in and she's looking for Carl right as she finds janitor Carl instead of dungeon color Carl and like you know so you know it was funny and it was like you know it was a little plan and one of the interstitials it was you know mango comes in and eats janitor Carl because he's like the the the Bob and Carl puppets if you've never seen them they're like oven mitts basically they're you know uh mr. Roger's style just hand puppets they use these like all the time on the dragon con tv the plays in the hotel rooms yeah that's where I've seen them yeah that's exactly where they came from and actually that's like sort of the the the the the the birth of the dragon con puppetry track really okay that's doing those those little pieces of the sci-fi janitors yeah exactly so they are the hosts right I mean they're literally like these little simple puppets right and uh so anyway there's a port where

mango comes in eats Carl and then barfs him back up you know and so the system AI comes on and says new achievement you've been you know eaten and regurgitated by mango the mango leanses you know all that kind of stuff and then the big finale was gonna be uh chuck dressed as big Tina which if you haven't gotten that far in the most uh big Tina's she's not a t-rex but she's I think she's an allosaurus but the t-rex costume was what we were using for big Tina uh but so big Tina is a a very large uh dinosaur who wants to uh dance wants to be a ballet dancer so she has a tutu and uh you know and uh and a and a wand and uh feather boa and chuck was going to be big Tina and he was we gonna come in and dance through the aisles to uh the thieving magpie so you know like the uh doodoo doodoo doodoo doodoo doodoo doodoo doodoo doodoo do doodoo doodoo you know and chuck was so like

he was so excited when I told him that that was how I'd written the piece he cried he was so excited to do this and that's that's the piece that they cut oh and and we were so disappointed yeah yeah and and it was like and in my opinion uh not for very good reasons but anyway I will just say I will just say that and it left me feeling I had my feelings hurt and I had I was like you know what I'm gonna go back to my podcasty people where they like me and uh and uh and I'm allowed to take up space so here here's donut uh oh that's awesome I love it carl where are you tell me to me you made you made that didn't get to use it I got a yelling carl oh no I got to use her okay good I got to use this um yeah it's gonna be more mad I was gonna be I was gonna get on a plane we're all going to dragon con headquarters and I was if I tell you I was sewing this together uh you know hours before this lamb it was yeah like she was a very I

mean I had been working on her for weeks but um and here's her tail yeah for for listeners only it's not a simple puppet where it's hand in the head and you're done it's like a whole body of the thing yeah and I made her completely from scratch like everything I mean I didn't make the sunglasses or the tiara or anything obviously I bought those but um tv strap says can confirm I was there and saw so yeah so it wasn't all that it was I really really enjoyed my my highlight of the con was uh getting to be on uh I was the substitute Amy on those were the days with uh Audie Norman and Travis and Steven because Amy Frost couldn't be there in person so they needed somebody to step in and be their substitute Amy it just wouldn't let her out of a quilt she could not get her her passport out of a quilt oh once you're in a quilt you're never getting out yeah yeah yeah you can check out anytime you like that's why I you know jf did jf

debogue com or no I did not see jf see he's also stuck in a quillow he can't leave either yeah yeah I know how this works anyway so so yeah I mean and there were there were good times to be had for sure uh we we actually launched uh and I I ill prepared this morning I'm sorry I'm very tired we also launched the new sparkly eyed peepers whoo which are very very fancy and uh and and and beautiful and which which part of it is sparkly is that the the the the irises the eyes yeah cool okay they're very very pretty and we we sold out of a couple of the colors of them so that was really great uh my prince model right here this is uh you know the prince purple rain addition oh yeah there you go mmm love that I want everybody to have a pair of peepers handy like that's my that's my goal always always within reach what's the deal with this uh you get this r2 unit

uh book yeah tell me about this so that was super cool so as I've mentioned before the puppetry track is in the maria and it's like right past where the people who build droids and stuff go and hang out and so someone this year had built a little free library into an r2d2 unit which I thought was so pretty printed too yeah might be I probably yeah probably yeah yeah and and I just thought that was such a brilliant idea because you know people who bring their kids they do they come over and hang out by the droids and stuff and I just thought that was such a brilliant idea they chalk it full of uh you know kids books and stuff and it was just like little free library like love that he should put the the STLs up online and let people print that or some yeah yeah I mean I'm sure you can probably find them it was it's just it's literally just like an r2 unit uh you just got to keep it inside or else print it with uh ABS or else that thing's going to be a puddle

after a hot day and it went yes yeah well I mean you know again yeah it's it's indoors and they even they they packed it away at night like it wasn't there after dark you know sure they would take it back to their room and stuff which makes sense because you know it's trying to jump in the mario well as plus people might be humping it in there in their uh weird fetish costumes and yeah yeah there's plenty of that yes um so yeah you know I thought that was really really cool and then I also I sent you a video this is such a random thing that I just thought it was cool because I've never seen this before uh we were sitting there we were waiting for somebody to come and let us in to the because the door to the puppet track was locked and we didn't have the key so we had to wait for the person who had the key to show up and we're sitting there and uh and this dude uh who worked for the mario comes by um and let me know if you have that I don't have it I'm looking did you send it to me and um I sent it to your text yeah oh okay there's looking at

the discord yeah but no problem I just thought it was so weird and cool I'll post it later to the discord and stuff it was just so random it has nothing to do with dragoncon it was just such a random thing I've never seen it's like a carpet zamboni oh really yeah I don't have it in there either by the way nothing in your text oh well I'll I'll send it to you again I'll post it somewhere it's really clever though okay just walk along and it looks like a regular zamboni on the uh yeah I mean he was like yeah it's yeah I mean like literally has nothing to do with dragoncon it's just like the mario guy was vacuuming the floor but he's on like this I can't think of anything else to call it it's like a carpet zamboni you know yeah right and uh so I just thought that was weird and cool and I want that I'd rather have that than one of them rumbers I'd rather ride around on a thing yeah right yeah I always said when I was a kid I'm like dad I'll mow the lawn way more if you get me a rider mower you never did but I would yeah I would uh well that's great

I like the ones the mowers where like they're actually like riding behind it you know those industrial they stand on where they stand yeah standing yeah not like sitting and driving like a vehicle but it's like they're behind it yeah it's a total like it looks like like 70s sci-fi transportation where they're like on a hover a hovercraft with a big disk in front it just happens to be cutting the lawn while you're doing it yeah chasing down Logan and Logan's run trying to stop him exactly love it um but yeah and I said you know there were there were some clever costumes this year uh one guy I saw was dressed up as a taco bell lettuce which I'm pretty hilarious I didn't get a picture of him because I was across the building from him so I couldn't you know but did he have kind of a see-through brown stain on the back of his pants or anything what's the yeah well he was like he was like he was like a you know from here down it was like a package and it had like a taco bell logo on everything you could see he was like you know it was just packed full of like little green things and every once in a while there was like some brown but yeah and it was labeled

like lettuce you know and uh you almost got like a t-shirt cannon of brown confetti behind you to like every once in a while and then and then the carpet zamboni guy would have something to clean up with that's something to clean up right yeah oh believe me there's a talk about lettuce guy yeah plenty to clean up the other thing that I saw was cool that I also didn't get a picture of because I follow directions and while I'm on the skybridge I do not take pictures correct um right but uh you know in the in the uh the area like the habit trail between the hiate and the mario traditionally that's where you'd find the shrine of john the fedex guy uh if you guys don't know you can probably google there's a whole bunch of lore around the cult of of the fedex guy uh well the fedex people they stood you know and just to give you the 3000 foot view they had like you know a full cardboard standup you know with like a fedex guy standing there and of course gets

completely vandalized every year for from the dragon con people and it starts with googleey eyes and goes from there um and uh you know as it does right and but it was all in good fun and I mean how much can that cardboard stand up thing cost FedEx right like it can't possibly be that much uh at but you know they started packing it away and you know it became like this cult thing almost like the mariock carpet well insta yes that's exactly that's the guy that's the guy and it would become come by by the at yeah by the end of dragon con it's a mess oh I love the evolution too this is great so wait is it still there you're saying they'd taken it it's no it's not there it's not there you get the king from mr. raj's neighborhood on his shoulder in that shot yeah it's amazing I know it's yeah it's so it just gets more and more and more and then you know so they only they

they stopped putting it out and you could see now like it's like they don't put it up anymore no but here's the shrine you can see yeah well this year instead of a shrine to uh John the fedex guy there was a shrine to uh dolly and tini and Hayden Panatiere and you know and oh that's cool it was really really great um it was I hope people were more respectful and didn't put googly eyes on dolly where they shouldn't be they did not they did not well I mean you know it was just a printed you know just printed yeah printed signs paper with their pictures on it but like it was just great it was it was charming to see that and I really enjoyed it kind of gave me a big old smile every time I walked by it you know because it was a the picture of Tim Curry that they had was his like old headshot from when he was very young and had like very big curly hair you know um and just the biggest smile you could ever think he'd ever have even you know after playing it

and all that like it's great so uh yeah just just very very happy you're tempting me to want to like try and up the brine done away here there you go yeah oh yeah that's the uh from the uh is brine behind you we had that is a film sack yeah replacement one here and then uh still got Veronica which is I promise I'm not creepy about it she just you know she just she's here it was just there yeah so yeah I mean we could totally do that like have another you know if we if there is another nerdacular we can uh bring those guys out and make a shrine to them if they you know particularly Veronica because if Veronica doesn't come you know yeah she's so busy being a mom in Canada now yeah yeah yeah I mean I'm probably not gonna see her very often probably not any hurry to come back to America no no she got out while she could uh well let's get to your book today we got a book yes yes yes I have taken up enough space let's give some space to the book so this is a book that uh I saw the title on uh audible and uh I was intrigued and had to listen

to it so all right here it is let's play the clip Lydia is seven years old and that's old enough to know to go play in the bedroom when something electrical stops cooperating with her dad he loves her and would never take it out on her but the yelling and his big hand booming off that hollow cabinet like thunder makes her feel jangly inside besides TV is boring when dad's home it's better in her bedroom because that's where her friends are he feels bad she's alone so much since he has to work all the time and he's so tired that when he's home he's not really home he's so scared now all the time that she'll hurt herself again or get sick or something worse he doesn't want to tell her about dad doesn't like for her to go outside when he's not home and he doesn't want to go outside with her when he is home but that's okay outside is boring who from pallow is always sunny and the sun is bright pink and the grass is yellow and it tastes like licorice the good kind her best friend

in the world lives there and his name is jumpy this stupid rabbit I've got to promise Lydia says it's a big one so if you break it you'll have to drink nothing but pee until you die that he equately waits while jumpy takes the appropriate amount of time to consider such a serious proposition with such dire consequences you have to promise will be best friends to the very ends she tells jumpy when he finally agrees Lydia holds one hand out pinky up she does a very good job of pretending something shakes it oh well so uh drink and pee that's cool I mean if you're seven go ahead I was just saying I was getting so distracted by the way she ends every sentence her with vocal fry yeah yeah I mean you know so I like her voice but yeah part of it is you notice that more the way I edit it you know because I cut out a lot of the air oh did

you okay okay yeah so because you know for time I met it yeah for sure you know and you know now that I'm a professional audiobook yeah you notice that stuff yeah you notice the stuff actually I do only only because I I cut out big parts of my own thing where I realized oh my god I'm doing an entire paragraph where I'm ending where I'm doing the same do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do do yeah yeah um I have a non-zero number of people who have uh contacted me with curses because uh I have ruined all audiobooks for them because nobody else's Jeff Hayes mmm it's so true no achievement yeah he it's true it's incredible he's I've never heard anybody with more versatility than that man. That's also sad because he and Matt Dindeman were at DragonCon.

I was not able to get in to see them because the crowds were so huge and the lines were so long that it was there was no way. It was impossible. That's okay because I got to meet Matt Dindeman back when they put him on a card table in the middle of the vendor hall. There were only like 12 of us there. So I have. You had some intimate time. Well, we won't call it intimate time. But you had some time more closer to one on one time with Matt Dindeman than you would have gotten this year. Right. Yeah. Indeed. Yes. So the book is a I will kill. No, no, but don't be sorry. I do really. I do really. No, it's okay. But this book is called I Will Kill Your Imaginary Friend for $200. It's by Robert Brockway and the narrator is Sarah Molo Christensen. It's a really charming book and it's got this wonderful catharsis where you think back

to where you were a kid. If you ever had imaginary friends, I know I did. And it's just really, really interesting. So the premise there is that four kids with imaginary friends, they are real. And I mean, they are certainly real to those children. Right. But occasionally something happens and as this child grows up, they just never quite let go of that imaginary friend. And so they never quite sever that bond. And so these adults are going through life and their imaginary friends are kind of ruining their life because they're having them do stupid things like they would have a seven year old do, you know, and it's just it's just messing everything up because they constantly have this presence that won't leave them alone.

So there's a guy named Ivan who for whatever reason, he can see all the imaginary friends. And so he places ads on, you know, Craig's list and whatnot and says, you know, I'll kill your imaginary friend for $200. And that for whatever reason that that solves the problem and the imaginary friend goes away and their lives are better. But he has a very strict rule that he never does that with children because children need their imaginary friends. If a child has an imaginary friend, there's a reason. And you could kind of hear in that clip where, you know, the little girl in that clip that we're talking about is, you know, her dad is kind of even when he's home, he's not home and she's alone a lot. And so she has hit her imaginary friend, jumpy, the stupid rabbit. And so yeah, like it's it's it's a really, really interesting book.

And like I said, it it goes through, there's a lot of catharsis for when you were little and you had imaginary friends. But then also there's this element of fantasy in it where these creatures are real and want to remain real. And you know, they sort of miss the boat where they could have faded away out of the child's life. And now they have to be killed in order to go away. So yeah, it's interesting. It's really interesting and one of them takes it too far. And this little girl starts, you know, basically hallucinating and her mother is freaked out because her child is basically psychotic at this point. But it's because she is being sucked into this imaginary world by her imaginary friend. And so Ivan has to break his rule about no kids.

And yeah, it's it's good. I really like it. It does go places and it's it is not a book for kids. I mean, it's it's dark. They're they're dark. You know, there's language in it. There's dark things in it. There's, you know, it's not a four kids book, but it is for your inner kid. I'll say that. And yeah, I really I really enjoyed it. Thought it was it was fun. A horror story. Yeah, I would say that it would kind of fit the the bill of being a horror story. Because it's very creepy at times. One of the one of the imaginary friends, he's got a little hook that he says every time he enters the scene and and you know, when you hear that, you're like, oh, you know, it has you have the same reaction as, you know, when you watch Friday the 13th and you hear that, you know, it gives you the same that same visceral reaction.

So yeah, it's cool. It's creepy. It's fun. Check it out. All right. It sounds good to me. I didn't get anything from hoodie about links or anything, but that's my fault because I did not send it to hoody yet, but I will. And you've gone on for the last couple days. I've been on me as well. You were sick at the end of last week too, right? Yeah. Well, so I, yeah, I actually lost a day and a half of con time because I was just and I wasn't like, I wasn't sick sick. Like I wasn't like contagious or anything like that. But my body just said no to all the stress and all the like overheating and all the stuff. And it forced me to sleep for a literally, literally a day and a half. Geez. So sounds kind of nice right now. Yeah. I know, right? Yeah. I don't know how I could finish it. It was actually pretty great, but, you know, I mean, like I said, I didn't miss out on some

stuff, but, you know, and it was against my will. It wasn't like I chose it. Sure. Sure. Sure. But, yeah. So I was, I was, I was not, not at my, not at my best. Well, I'm glad you're home. Yeah, but I will get it sent over to Hoody and, yeah, it's, it's called, I will kill your imaginary friend for $200. It is available anywhere, but we prefer you get it at the pump you can cottage or through them. So watch for that link. We'll put it in the discord and make a part of the quick TMS dot L.I. page as well. Yes. Amy always a pleasure. Anything else you need to promote or, or mention before you go today? Um, yeah, you know, we've got a new lost luggage will be, should be coming out tomorrow. And, uh, yeah, so, so listen to lost luggage. It's good stuff. Yeah, you like lost? Well, do you like luggage? It's the central preoccupation of my life. Yeah. It's a deep cut for you.

Anybody who gets that, it's, yeah. Yeah, I, I, I sort of get it. Uh, well done. It's from Joe versus the ball. Oh, that's why it was vaguely right. Oh, it's the, the guy who sells them the steamer trunk. Yeah. Oh, I've seen that movie in so long. Amy, stay out of trouble. We'll see you next time and tell Chuck. Thanks for grabbing your puppet. That's not a euphasm. All right. Well done. Well done, everybody. Uh, we are at the, who are at the end again? And I swear these emails are never going to be read. I'm going to read one. No, never. I'm going to read this one from Hayes, Cunk. All right. It's just going to happen. Here comes. He says, uh, hey guys, there's just thinking about something Scott said a while back about Rick and Morty's episode titles being, uh, just being random movie references, but I've been rewatching the series in every single episode I've watched has been a reference to the main storyline in that episode. So big trouble and little Sanchez was where he cloned himself into tiny Rick, uh, meaning Rick did, uh, the wedding Sanchezers, Sanchezers, squanchors.

Can't read the wedding squanchors was, uh, bird person's wedding. I love that one. And Rick Shank redemption was when he escaped from prison. Thanks for all you do. Yeah, it's, I had that kind of wrong. I used to, I thought all the titles were purely just take a movie, just slap it on, yeah, yeah, whatever. But I guess they, they have some connection to the episodes, which makes sense. Why wouldn't you have some sensible connection? Sure. Not everybody needs to do the wing being album or whatever. That's right. Yes. Uh, then we got a correction. See, this is herbie. Not the love bug. It's just a guy named Herbie. Oh, darn. Says, well, actually, he says, well, actually in TMS 3056, God said the Arkansas side of Texarkano was beautiful and the Arkansas side. Oh, he, he meant Texas. Yeah, I was gonna say he put Arkansas twice, didn't he? Yeah, I don't know. Anyway, he said was beautiful and the Arkansas side was terrible shape. This may mean we still don't know. But anyway, it is the opposite. Uh, also, Brian could remember the Arkansas newspaper visit. It was most likely the Southwest Times record, uh, in Fort Smith or the Northwest Arkansas

time. Yeah, both actually we had, but it was the Southwest Times record is the one that I went to. Um, and but we also had Northwest Arkansas times. It was part of the J way with, um, moly, nil and oil and like a couple other newspapers. If I remember correctly, called the quad, the quad cities, I think, yeah, something like that anyway, but yes, totally, uh, what's hilarious about this message, though. And I didn't realize it until this now, we still don't know the answer to which side was prettier because he said Arkansas twice. Right. I can't even infer from whatever, whatever you're, do you remember what you said and we just flip it? I said Arkansas was nice and Texas was bad. Okay. So he's probably saying the other way. Yeah. Okay. He's really throwing some shade at his Texas neighbors there. All right. Well, whatever, you know, whatever, if there's further clarification needed, then he'll write in her, be a let us know. Thanks, herbie. We love your body. Me, me, me. All right. That's it for those emails that are finally out of the way.

I've been holding on those for days. So we don't have to read those anymore. Uh, if you'd like to send your own messages in the morning stream at Gmail. Comery can use the website frogpants.com slash TMS. There is no, I said yesterday to be a Monday show today. One, I forgot Carter is in her, she's in turning for this place and they have her in the office all day today. She won't be here till tomorrow. So once again, two weeks in a row now, the Monday show will be on a Wednesday. So that'll be tomorrow. But today at 1 p.m. I'm playing this game that was given to me by Adobe geek in our, in our community forever ago, called Chuchu Charles. It's some kind of horror game about a scary train. Oh, really? Okay. I don't know anything about it, except I'm going to try to play it at one. Do good and plenty's make it run. Uh, I don't know. I don't know. I'm probably the blood of its enemies. It's a problem makes it run. What, what time are you doing that? Cause I gotta do some dispatch today. And I don't want to, I don't want to overlap. Oh, yeah, yeah. We should, I should think about this before I put numbers up. I have a currently scheduled at 1 p.m. So what are your, what are your plans? I can move around. I'll do, I'll do, um, uh, I'll do dispatch right after years.

How about that? Okay. All right. King me, ping me when you're getting ready to end. And I'll start my stream and we can just keep, keep the game train rolling. Sounds good to me. People are going to be so mad because I forgot to record chapter four in my, twitch is not set to save VODs. So that's if you saw it live, you saw live. So yours doesn't even keep the temporary non published. No, it's set to do it now because I was like, all right. Well, that's all right. I forgot to record, but I'll just go into twitch and download it. And then said, yes, to do that, you go into this thing. Oh, but if it's not, if your videos list is empty, that means you don't have it set to record. I'm like, oh crap. Oh, that's, I had that feature turned off because of the music stuff. It's like, well, why keep wide doing these space? Yeah, no, good point. That sucks. But it's also the episode with all the sexy bits at the beginning. It is. It's, you know, whatever in Vizagirl is doing. I think I know. Well, I think you do. I'll say this. Some of the pixelation on in Vizagirl, you're really not hiding much.

Nope. No, the censoring is very light. It is. It's very light. It's just weird. And they, and they, we discovered also that they bleep the word ariola. Oh, really? Which is a medical term. Come on now. Yeah. We all use that word medically. My ariola itches, see? Right exactly. My right ariola is bleeding. Exactly. Yes. These are true sentences that I'm making. I'll shoot for dispatch right around two 30 or something. That's, that's perfect. That's about all I need. So that's great. Probably a little, I may even, I may only do it in an hour. So we'll see how it goes. All right. So anyway, that'll be today 1 p.m. and then Brian right after that. So check that out if you're looking for more frog pants schedule stuff. Find it at frogpants.com slash schedule. We should play a song and exit the building. That's right. Oh, I was going to say today's the apple thing. But no, that's tomorrow isn't. Yeah. I think so. There was a, there was a Zelda direct this morning. I didn't see it. Yeah. Oh my God. There's a new. So they're working on a, a carena of time remake.

Yeah. New about that. That we knew about. Graphics look excellent. Yeah, it looks really cool. They showed us this. I guess they showed real gameplay this time, right? Because the other thing they showed real gameplay. Yeah. And it's and I was like, oh, I don't need to play that game again. And now that I see it, I'm like, no, I'm going to need to buy this. It's, it's gorgeous. It's such a great game to it's freaking all time. Was that all it was? Did they do anything at the movie? Did anyone know? They showed me like, they talked about the movie. It was great. They said first thing and they have the, you know, him speaking Japanese, but them covering it up with, with English, but basically saying the first thing we're going to tell you about today is the new Legend of Zelda movie. And we can finally tell you the name is called the Legend of Zelda. Wow. That was the news. And it says, you'll, you're probably wondering why there's not a subtitle on it.

And it will become clear when you watch the movie. I'm sure it's like, it's kind of clear now. It's the Legend of Zelda. It's the first one. It doesn't need a subtitle, I guess. Yeah. Yeah. Duh. It's just really funny, but it's, it's so, it's so bizarre. I am legitimately excited about this though. It's going to be great. The orchestra. Yeah. Yeah, there's the, that's the graphics from the new one. It looks so good. Yeah, it looks really tight. So that makes sense. I mean, it's a very stylized game to begin with. The hardware is certainly capable. Like this is, this is a fine idea. This is going to sell like hotcakes. It's going to be real. It got me in the Deku nuts as well. It did. So I'll be picking that one up. All right. How are you ready for a song? Yeah, it's a play song. All right. Let's do it. Jaina Pride rode in our friend Jaina said, Hey, friends, Jaina Pride here. After a decade of rebuilding a career from nearly nothing, I'm finding myself in the unemployment line again once again, an employment line once again. My company informed me this week that my position is being eliminated due to budget cuts.

My strong thoughts about a company who posted $1.7 billion in profits last year, saying that they have to reduce workforce aside. It is what it is. And I'm not doing well. The last time I was going through stuff, I heard Brian play a song from the pick and on collection. And it really hit me, hoping for some more musical inspiration. Thanks for all you do, guys. You're a constant for many of us who struggle to find stability in this world. Sign Jaina PS. If there are any tadpullers aware of openings for a kickass systems analyst or IT project manager, please let me know. I'm in discord as Jaina pride. That's Jai and a pride PRY DE. Excellent. Please do because she's, she's awesome. So reach out to her if you know someone or something. Yeah. So this is, this is cool. This is something that I've been wanting to play on the show for a while. And so I'm kind of glad you're giving me the opportunity to do this. There is a band called the Corda Versailles.

Find my notes about this. Here it is right here full album that came out. Let's see. John Hopkins, the Corda Versailles, a jazz piano trio, a Joel Pearson on piano, Sam Minnally, an upright bass and John had field on drums. And it's electronic music done with piano, upright bass and drums. So think deadmouse, Skrillex, Tyco, John Hopkins, Fred again. It's really, really cool. This is so, this is such an awesome thing. The track I'm playing and I apologize that it's seven minute one, but it's uplifting. And I guess, you know, it's, it's the end of the song show. So you can cut out any point you want to, but you're not going to want to. This is the underworld tracks, res, cowgirl, two months off done by the Corda Versailles. From a brand new album, it's analog EDM, I cord, just like he says.

And here it is right now.
