Titans Sign QB Hooker, RB Carter, WRs Osborn & McCutcheon

0:00On April 1st, the Tennessee Titans just beefed up their roster by signing quarterback Hinden Hooker, the dude who lit it up at the University of Tennessee. They also brought in veteran running back Michael Carter, plus wide receivers KJ Osborne and Lance McCutchen to add some firepower. Hooker got picked in the third round by the Detroit Lions back in 2023, bounced around to the Panthers and Jets, and as seen action in. His three games were six completions out of nine for 62 yards. He was on practice squad lately after getting waved last August. Carter, a fourth rounder from the Jets in 2021, has suited up in 61 games across New York and Arizona, rushing for 1000, 692 yards in nine scores. Last year with the Cardinals, he ran 92 times for 333 yards and a touchdown in 13 games. Osborne, fifth round pick of the Vikings in 2020, has 65 catches weight, no 165 receptions for 109.

McCutchen, who played college ball at Montana State, even spent time with the Titans last year after stops with the Rams, Texans, Jets, and Steelers.
