Kansas City's Tiki Taco Chain keeps growing, announcing a new spot in Overland Park at the Asperia campus on 11,586. Null Avenue. This marks their 10th restaurant, including one still coming, with doors opening in October. They're lining up more locations too, like Liberty On, 9711 Ash Avenue, the Crossroads on 412 East 18th. Street, Metro North on 8,480 North Jefferson Street, and Lawrence on 602 West 9th Street. The family behind it brothers Lyndon and Lindsey Wade, with mom Judy Rush, took over the original West 39th Street shop in 2020, after it, launched in 2017. From there, spots popped up on Truce Avenue in 2022, and downtown Overland Park last year. Hiring CEO Eric Knot helped fuel the boom, with fresh opens in Shawnee, on Johnson Drive, and Olaythay, on West 119th Street, plus spots at, Hive Arena and Kansas Health Systems. Their menu packs, barriottacos, grilled shrimp, Korean beef, Thai chili burritos, my ties,

and frozen margaritas into a lively vibe. At Asperia, the old Sprint headquarters now buzzing with eateries and gocarts, Tiki taco slots in perfectly as the chain charges ahead. I'm Kory with the story, and you've been listening to Kansas News today, AI Power Local News. I have first.
