Episode 101: Entrepreneur and podcast host, Engel Jones tells us why he's so committed to having meaningful conversations, big goals, and connections with people.

Guest Biography

Engel Jones was born and raised on the Caribbean twin island of Trinidad and Tobago and he loves great conversations. He is the podcast host of #12minconvos. His passion is to help you find Y.O.U.R.S - Your Own Unique Real Self.

After having 1001 conversations in 3 months in 2016 he uncovered Y.O.U.R.S, a concept used to reconnect you to your hidden passion and purpose which is essential to creating your personal brand.

Engel Jones has continued to set big, hairy, audacious goals. In 2017 he set a goal to record 800 podcast conversations in 12 weeks and achieved an AMAZING 813 podcast conversations.

Then in 2018 he and his wife Amanda Jones set out on a goal to drive across North America to meet and interview past  #12minconvo podcast guests. They drove through 48 states and Canada in 80 days and recorded 349 conversations.

Engel's insightfulness is growing with every conversation. In 2019 he is planning to interview 1001 podcasts guests.  Then he's planning to take his tour of Europe to meet and interview past podcast guests face to face again.

Engel believes and lives the principle of Zig Ziglar where you can have everything in life if you help enough other people get what they want.
