In today's episode, I take you back to when I was 18 to paint a picture of my career in the fitness industry. The highs and lows, the doubt and pain that have all led to a new beginning. 

Thank you to everyone who supported me over the years. We are just getting started. It is finally time to step into my true potential and stop standing in my own way. Fear is no longer an excuse.
