So folks who know me understand I am a positive reinforcement dog trainer and do not like certain tools or methods in dog training. But just how forceful do we get in demanding a client use this or that or do things a particular way? I think we all also understand how folks don't like change and want things a particular way ;-)  So what do you do when presented with a challenging situation or a client that wants to use something they feel they need? Well, you think outside the box and teach. 

Now don't get me wrong, there are some things in training that I flat won't do, but in these two examples, I went outside the box, and the results worked out pretty darn well!!!!
