In the topic we are going to talk about the Sushil Manav story, Haryana Congress suspends five Emily's for cross-wording in Rajasabhaya election. Haryana Congress Thursday suspended five of its Emily's for cross-wording that almost cost the party candidate Karanveer Booth a seat in the 16 March Rajasabhaya election. The suspended legislators are Shali Chaudhary, Narayangarh, Renu Bala, Sadhara, Mohamed Goliath, Panhana, Mohamed Israel-Hathin and Jornail Singh, Ratya Fatehabad. The party believes that the five voted in favour of BJP back independent Satish Nandal. Haryana Congress President Rao Narendra Singh told the print that the disciplinary committee under former MP Dharampal Malik had reviewed the Emily's replies to show cause notices sent last month and recommended suspension of all five. The Haryana Patish Congress committee forwarded the report to the all-endial Congress committee. Once Congress President Malik Arjun Kharge gave his approval, the HBCC suspended all five

1:03from the party's primary membership with immediate effect. In a statement issued by the HBCC office in Chandigarh, Rao Narendra Singh, said the party had taken the valuation of organizational discipline seriously and that end discipline would not be tolerated at any level. He said the decision was a clear message to all leaders and workers that any activity against the party's collective decisions and a facial position would invite strict action. Three of the five suspended Emily's, Shelley Chaudhary, Rino Balan, Jornail Singh, had submitted written replies to their show cause notices, each denying the allegations. Mohamed Aliyas and Mohamed Israel did not respond. The 16 March election should have been a formality. Of the two Rajya Sabha seats up for grabs, Congress is both barely managed to secure one by a margin of 0.67 of a vote. In the 19 member Haryana Assembly, the ruling BJP holds 48 seats and the opposition Congress has 37. Under the single transferable vote system, in which Emily's have to give a round preference for candidates, the winning quota worked out to 27.67.

2:06Of the 88 votes pulled, five Congress Emily's mark BJP backed Nandal as a first preference and four other Congress ballots were declared invalid, leaving both the 28 votes. In addition, BJP candidate Sanjay Bhartiya won one of the seats comfortably and a surplus votes transferred to Nandal. Had another Congress Emily defected, the votes stally would have dropped to 27, allowing Nandal to overtake him using Bhartiya surplus votes. The morning after the election, Haryana Congress's state executive President Ram Kishin Gujarr, Shelley Chaudhary's husband resigned from the party, submitting his letter directly to Kharagay. His resignation was accepted. The party then spent two days not naming any Emily's for cross voting. As speculation made the rounds, sirs Emily, Google, Satya, put the Congress leadership on notice in a video, demanding the party should name the five Emily's by the next morning or find them sitting in protest at the party of his gates. He was there on 18th March, joined by two others. The leader of opposition and former Congress Chief Minister Bhupinder Sinkhoda arrived soon after, met the legislators and took them to his residence.

3:09In R's, Haryana Congress in charge PK Hari Prasad named four Emily's, whom the party believed had cross-voted, are a press conference in Delhi. The fifth, Jarnel Singh, was named two days later. The three Emily's who replied to their show cause notices denied the charges and said they had shown their ballots to Hritha, who was authorized by the Congress to verify votes during polling. Shelley Chaudhary asserted she had voted for the official party candidate and accused senior leaders of targeting her. She also took a swipe at the party's past, alluring to what she described as a similar conduct into 2016 Rajasava votes. Freenu Bala like wise rejected the allegations, saying she had been loyal and was being wrongly implicated. Jarnel Singh in his written reply also denied having cross-voted. The most striking name on this list is Jarnel Singh, who was counted among Kudai's loyalists and was one of the 31 Congress emiles the party had shifted to Himalayan Pradesh, a period of 16 March voting, a precaution against poaching. Jarnel Singh went through the exercise, returned and allegedly voted the other way.

4:11Shelley Chaudhary followed her husband into politics. Gujarr had won Narangar in 2005. Defeating then-PJP candidate and now chief minister Narab Singh Seni only to lose the same seat to Seni 2014. A session's code conviction in a journalist's suicide case in 2017 lead a state by the Punjab and Haryana High Code kept Gujarr from contesting in the 2019 assembly polls, bringing Shelley into electoral politics. Haryanga daughter is married to a nephew of the union minister of state Christian Palli Gujarr. On polling day, Shelley was purposely seen leaving the Vidhan Sabar premises alongside Dharun Pandari, political secretary to chief minister Seni. A detail that raised eyebrows in Chandigarh. Mohamed Alias is a seasoned politician, a five-time MLA elected in 1991, 2000, 2009, 2019 and 2024, which stands in INLG before settling in the Congress. Mohamed's trial is a political inheritor. His father, Chalib Khan, served as a legislator and chief parliamentary secretary in the Huda government. That was all.
