    Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Marc Fishman. Marc discussed his case that took place in Westchester, NY in front of Judge Michelle Schauer. The disgraceful behaviors of this judge who did not care that Marc had multiple disabilities, put Marc in jail for three weeks all because Marc gave his daughter a gift card so she could order presents from Amazon. Marc has not seen his children since 2019.
    Surviving a false arrest, disability discrimination, police discrimination as well as a six year pending lawsuit is now in front of Federal Judge Nelson Roman: cv-00265-nsr.
