La vision di SparkFabrik: essere il modello di riferimento per competenza e relazioni umane in ogni settore nel quale operiamo. Riuscire a comunicare e a dimostrare questa vision all'esterno non è però così immediato come potrebbe sembrare.
È complicato, senza una finestra su di noi, mostrare a chi ci guarda da fuori i nostri processi di HR, che noi preferiamo chiamare Human Relations invece di Human Resources. "The Vision: a podcast about method" doveva essere questa finestra, ma a volte anche gli esperimenti migliori non arrivano alla fine. Questa è la storia di un podcast mai nato.
