In October 1994, friends of Emelita Villa Reeves woke up, not having heard from their friend for over 24 hours. The last moments they had with her were worrying. Emelita always answered or returned calls and page notifications, so why was she not doing this now? When people finally paid attention to Emelita's disappearance, they would uncover a history that seemed to show a disturbing pattern of behaviour. But not by Emelita.
