2:01Today, we're going to take a look back at Darren Indyke. And to do that, we're going to use an article from 2019 that ran in the Wall Street Journal. The author of this article is Gretchen Morgensen. Headline, Jeffrey Epstein's little-known lawyer lands in the spotlight. Disgraced finance here, pedophiles attorney, co-executor of his will, worked for Epstein for over 25 years as he expanded business and social ties. So Darren Indyke was a huge part of what Epstein had going on, right? He was the in-house lawyer, I call him his Tom Hagen almost. So it's always a good idea to add a little more meat to the bone, a little more context to the topic. So let's dive in. Jeffrey Epstein's longtime lawyer has operated behind the scenes for decades. Now, he finds himself in the spotlight over the scandals surrounding the disgraced finance here, pedophile.

3:02Darren Indyke was named co-executor of Mr. Epstein's will, will filed earlier this month in a US Virgin Islands court. A document Mr. Epstein signed two days before his apparent suicide. Mr. Indyke and Mr. Epstein had worked together for more than 25 years as Mr. Epstein expanded his business and social ties. So you mean to tell me, this marmy son of a bitch worked with Jeffrey Epstein for all these years, 25 years. His signature is littered across paperwork that you wouldn't believe. A guy that has been accused of facilitating marriages, structuring money transactions at the bank. And this man has not been put under oath yet. You mean to tell me there's no indictment for this guy? Why don't we refer back to that Rico article that we read earlier today? As federal prosecutors investigate Mr. Epstein's operations

4:02and some of his alleged sexual assault survivors seek to recover assets from his estate, Mr. Indyke has hired a criminal defense lawyer, though no charges have been filed against him. Now when this happened and he hired that lawyer, I thought it was fishy then. And I still believe that there is a grand jury in panel as we speak. And it's likely that eventually at some point we see some sort of charges against Mr. Indyke. That would be my guess. Obviously I don't have inside information or a track to somebody on the inside. None of that. But it would be my guess that at some point Mr. Indyke is indicted. And when he goes and hires a lawyer like he did, obviously he thought that he was in jeopardy of ending up in trouble. Among his wide-ranging work as an attorney, Mr. Indyke set up companies for Mr. Epstein and his colleagues, represented Mr. Epstein in real estate deals, and handled matters involving his charitable

5:04giving public record show. All of that is crucial to the Rico operation, right? And when you look at what the Rico laws are, the predicates, all of this fits right in. So again, I leave it up to you to discern how and why we have we don't have a Rico case here. But Mr. Indyke was in the middle of all of it. Anything that Epstein was up to, Darren Indyke was right there at his side. The whole, the whole way, 25 years at least. He also invested alongside Mr. Epstein, and at least one instance contributed to politicians favored by Mr. Epstein and represented him in a federal election commission matter involving an excessive political donation, public records indicate. So he's just following suit, right? Epstein to avoid whatever the laws are for donating too much money. Just give the money to Indyke and tell him to donate it in his name. Why not? They were so engaged in money laundering, crimes, and plots and schemes that this was

6:08a nothing to them. This was a given pulling a lick like this, right? Mr. Indyke also once had an address at the Manhattan Condominium building where several Epstein employees lived, according to real estate records. Now that's the building on E66, where a lot of the traffic girls lived, the employees lived, and allegedly his brother, Mark Epstein, is a co-owner of the building. So they kept everything in-house, right? They wanted to make sure that everything that they had going on was locked in and connected and that they could be in control of all of it. Because they had to be able to maneuver, they had to be able to move things in the way they wanted them to move so that there wouldn't be any gum in the operation, right? Have all the girls in one central location, you don't got to track them down, you can keep track of them, and off to the races.

7:09That building was purchased in early 1990s by a former affiliate of Jeffrey Epstein and company Mr. Epstein's investment firm, real estate records, and New York State filing show. All that means the 54-year-old lawyer could attract the attention of anyone hoping to track Mr. Epstein's financial holdings, worth at least $577 million, according to court papers filed with his will. And we all know it was much more than that. We all know it was a lot more than that. 680 million or something is what they had the official number at. But if you add up all the other shitty add going on, I wonder how much it really was. How much is still sitting in accounts that nobody knows about, but maybe Mr. Indike, or maybe Mr. Khan? Another wrinkle in Mr. Epstein's case involves how much of Mr. Indike's work is protected by attorney client privilege. Well, if he's doing something illegal, then attorney client privilege,

8:11it doesn't apply. So if they're engaged in a criminal conspiracy together, that goes out the window. If they're once again engaging in rico predicates, which they were, that goes right out the window. And the feds wouldn't even care about that. They just, that would get mopped up in court real quick. When a lawyer conducts business dealings for a client that don't involve legal advice or representation, that work isn't covered by the privilege said Peter Joy, a law professor at Washington University in St. Louis, that as well. So if you're doing something like this, and it's not, you know, has to do with the actual case or with something legal, then it's not protected by confidentiality. Mr. Indike declined to comment for this article through Mark Agnafillo, his criminal defense lawyer. Shocking. We haven't heard anything from this guy because honestly, he knows the deal. And as a lawyer, he knows to keep his app shut. He's not going to incriminate

9:14himself. And Indike's not going to be an easy man to take down or to indict. Again, he's a lawyer. He knows what's up. And he's been along for every step of this journey. If anyone has the secrets, I know a lot of people are like, Oh, it's Maxwell. It's, well, I'm telling you right now, it's Darren Indike. And this guy, look, I'm not saying he's 100% guilty of anything, right? I don't know I wasn't there, but shit doesn't look good for him. And I think that a good thorough investigation that includes him being at the very least opposed under oath by an interrogator is probably a good idea in this instance. Mr. Epstein died August 10th in a New York federal jail cell of what a corner said was a suicide,

12:22hmm, allegedly. He had pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking counts or rising from a scheme federal prosecutor said involves sexual abuse of dozens of girls. In 2008, Mr. Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida to two counts related to prostitution. Oh, yeah, it's exactly what it was, little girls prostitution because they can consent. He went to jail, but was allowed to participate in a work release program later that year. And we know that that work release program was garbage anyway. He manipulated it. He was able to still abuse girls while he was under their care according to several people. So what did what what were they really doing? Nothing. It was all for appearances, right? While Mr. Epstein hired criminal defense attorneys to represent him in the prostitution case, Mr. Indike frequently visited Mr. Epstein and jail court record show. In July 2009, Mr. Epstein was released early having served 13 months of an 18 months sentence.

13:26And again, anyone who doesn't understand the relationship between Indike and Epstein, they're not going to understand the nexus of all of this. This is one of the most crucial relationships Epstein ever created. This was his go-to guy. This was the man he could feel secure with. The guy he would send for his in-house law needs, right? Mr. Indike graduated from Cornell's University Law School in 1991, according to the university's website and joined the New York State Bar in 1992.

14:28He owns a house in Livingston, New Jersey purchased in 2003 for $1.7 million. And one he bought in Boca Raton, Florida in 2015 for $3.1 million cash public record show. Man, this guy has a lot of money for a lawyer who doesn't have any clients but the one. Wonder where he's getting all that money from? I'm sure all of it is made legally. Coster Indike also owns a condominium in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands where Mr. Epstein owned two private islands public record show. Over the past two decades, Mr. Indike has made open record requests to three federal agencies on behalf of Mr. Epstein. It couldn't be determined what kind of information Mr. Epstein was seeking, or whether any was produced. Again, the relationship between these two cannot be dismissed. It wasn't just a mere, oh, you're my lawyer, go take care of this. It was more of where boys and you're my lawyer, go take care of this if you get my drift.

15:28In 2013, Mr. Indike requested records from the US Customs and Border Protection on behalf of Mr. Epstein. The type of records obtainable under such requests, according to the CPP website, are information pertaining to an individual's US entries and exits, apprehensions, detentions, and results of background checks. Can only imagine what he was up to with that, huh? All the girls they were bringing in from overseas? In March 2014, Mr. Indike asked the National Security Agency for Documents, Communications, Memorandums, Orders, Agreements, and or Instructions related to Mr. Epstein, getting back to 2000. The record for the request is marked denial of information, and below that, not closed. Well, I would hope they wouldn't give him that information, but when we're dealing with Epstein, and the shadow that he cast, you never know. Mr. Epstein, excuse me, Mr. Indike also has ties to Mr. Epstein's main investment client, Leslie Wexner, the billionaire founder of Retailers, Elbrans, and Victorious Secret.

16:31Mr. Wexner said in a statement several weeks ago that Mr. Epstein stole more than $46 million from him. The statement made no mention of Mr. Indike. Again, I never believe that Epstein stole that money from Les Wexner. Wexner gave him that money, and then this was all their plan. When shit went south, if you ever got caught, I'll just say you stole this money from me, and that will cement our breakaway from each other. They really think we're that stupid. In 1999, Mr. Indike was Secretary of the Nonprofit Wexner Foundation Securities filing show. A year earlier, Mr. Indike supplied an affidavit in a legal dispute in New York, federal court, against a German shipbuilder that I constructed Mr. Wexner's 316-foot yacht, limitless. Oh, these people, they just, you know, the oligarch conversation. Yeah, we're back at that. Representatives for Mr. Wexner and Elbrans didn't respond to requests for comment. Mr. Indike

17:35also invested alongside Mr. Epstein at least once regulatory filing show. In 2004, Mr. Indike held an unspecified stake in Second City Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in real-estate investments. I wonder why they were so gung-ho about real estate investments. Could it be that they can't be traced? That nobody knows who owns what, so nobody can follow the money, so nobody knows what you're up to? Nah, that has nothing to do with it. One of Mr. Epstein's foundations, for which Mr. Indike was an officer, also held the Second City Capital Partners stake at the time. Mr. Indike moreover was a registered agent for multiple companies located in the New York address of J. Epstein and company. And he assisted Mr. Epstein in his 1993 purchase of the Zoro Ranch, a vast property near Albuquerque, New Mexico, actually near Santa Fe. And again, can we get this guy on record? I'm not calling for people to show up at his house and, you know, use some old Western justice? Can the law just work for once? And these scumbags that have a mountain of

18:40evidence against them be dragged in, kicking and screaming if they have to be, and held to account, is that too much to ask? And Lisa's show that the Ranch is owned by Cypress Incorporated of the U.S. Virgin Islands, and that Mr. Indike is a vice president of Cypress. A number of donations Mr. Indike made to politicians over the years mirrored those made by Mr. Epstein, according to the Center of Responsive Politics. On August 2nd, excuse me, on August 4th, 2016, for example, Mr. Indike donated $2,700 to U.S. Representative Stacy Plasket of Virgin Islands Democrat. Mr. Epstein also donated to her that day record show. And on July 23rd, 2018, Mr. Indike and Mr. Epstein both made donations to Ms. Plasket. Anybody ask Ms. Plasket where this money came from? No, no big deal. We're just going to go with the whole, oh, the Virgin Islands was wronged here and they should get some money on the backside. It is all ludicrous folks. And as you see,
