The True Ego, The Super-Ego, and The Id - EP 58

About this episode

Your true ego is not something to be ridding yourself of - it is something to appreciate. According to S. Freud his three part of the psyche apparatus included the true ego, the super-ego and the id. In some literature, the super-ego or ‘false ego’ has been confused with the more reasonable ‘true ego’ or authentic self. In this episode Dr Demartini discusses how you can awaken the true ego to set progressively greater goals, expand who you are, and have greater self-worth.
