Brandon Hersey, Cassy Sarnell, Matthew Dicks, and Amy Scott outline their district’s plans and debate if current guidance, or lack of guidance, is enough to keep students and staff safe. If the school opts for a version of in-person classes, can teachers keep everyone safe? What will happen if, or when, a student or teacher gets sick? Will online education be effective, especially for students whose parents are working or don’t have the proper resources to attend online classes?
