In this episode, I wanted to break down the Research Demographics of the 2454 respondents of this research study. The demographics of this research are representative of the US population within geography, employment status and education. 

2454 Respondents participated in this research study. 

All respondents are between the ages of 18-45 years of age. 

Gender - men make up 75% of the total # of respondents, women make up 23% and 1.5% are non-binary. 

Ages - 17% are between the ages of 18-24. 38% are between the ages of 25-34 and 45% are between the ages of 35-45. 

Employment Status - 78% are employed and 22% are unemployed. 

Education - 58% have a high school degree and 42% don’t have a high school degree. 

Race & Ethnicity - 60% are white. 20% are hispanic. 12% are black. 6% are asian. 1% is mixed and another 1% is considered other. 

Income - 36% are high income earners. 32% are middle income earners. 32% are low income earners. 

The research study also conducted six separate focus groups of Dad’s. (Different ages & life styles, different constellations of caregiving and different political leanings & voting groups.) Focus Groups happened in Kansas City, Oakland, Atlanta, Raleigh, Chicago & Dallas. I'll see ya in there.
