The one and only Sebastian Lethbridge joins the show! Seb has accomplished a lot in our sport! He's a provincial champion and national medalist at the club level, a Beach Nationals Silver Medalist, 3x OCAA Champion, CCAA National Champion and 3x Medalist, has represented Canada the Youth level and FISU games. He was named "Mr. Volleyball" and won the Ken Davies award from the Ontario Volleyball Association. We are lucky to have Sebastian take the time to tell us about his career and pass on some great tips!
