The Science of Art Therapy

Shazia Siddiqi MA, LPC, ATR-BC of Let’s Art About It studio rejoins us today to talk about art therapy, a misunderstood or poorly understood therapeutic modality for trauma, anxiety, or depression. She’s here to explain the science behind it, and your co-hosts will share some of their experiences with art that accidentally healed them or their loved ones.
