York Lions Star Sarah Williams joined the show to talk about her journey through club, high school, recruiting and her career at York. Sarah is a 2x Ofsaa Champion, 18U OVA Provincial Champion with Leaside, 16U OVA Provincial Champion with Halton, OUA First Team All-Star, OUA Second-Team All-Star, and a member of the OUA All Rookie Team. It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows during Sarah's career. She gives us the inside scoop on how she dealt with being cut from club a few times and the challenges of playing for new coaches at York and having to tryout every time their was a change.
