In the premier League the average managerial tenure is less than two years; a decade ago it was more than three years. The Championship is even more brutal with most bosses getting less tnan a yeat to prove themselves.
But what factors are taken into account before a manager gets the elbow? Who gets to make the call? Is it fans who are impatient? Or owners?
