The Results Binder that All Lawyers Should be Keeping

About this episode

I have tried nearly 100 cases during the course of my career.  During that time, I have tracked all of the lessons from those cases - from judicial temperament to " did we beat the offer?"

In this episode, I dive into what's in my binder and how I process my thoughts after a trial so that I can get ready for the next one.

I've tried cases ranging from a few thousand dollars of value to multi-million dollar verdicts.  There is always something to be learned and improved for the future.  I also believe that the framework that I'll give you in this episode can be applied to any job in any industry.
