Hi Fam

Welcome to where perfectionism comes to die, lol. On this episode, literally anything that could go wrong did- from the noise of my adorable and obnoxious dog persistently barking in the background to Garage Band being a major asshole in more ways then i knew it could.

And yet, this message feels too important to not share- we are a receiving deficient people, we are people that dim our shine under the weight of perfectionism and solo life living.

So a stand I am taking in the world through this episode is to publish it, raw, without music, with my dog making a scene in the background- so you can feel some permission  to be a mess and still show up. 

This may be a flop, or it may be a time where grace and connection can happen even when it is a mess- either way it gets to be in the world.
