You could view the Quiet Quitting Movement as just another weak excuse by the younger generation not to work as hard. Or, you could see it as a huge net positive for society to help alleviate constant stress and anxiety in a post-COVID world.
The boundary between work and personal life has completely blurred for millions of work-from-home folks in particular. As a result, more people are burning out.
