The Queen of Death Valley

About this episode

Death Valley is a land of extremes. It is one of the hottest, driest, and lowest altitude places on Earth. Summer temperatures average well over 100 degrees and life in the desert can be incredibly difficult. So the name Death Valley seems like an accurate name for the region, but that wasn’t always the case. Legend has it that the actions of a demanding and greedy queen created the Death Valley of today.
