About this episode
Lucy Peel is a university-trained Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist. She has been practising since 2010 and is passionate about using naturopathic principles to support gentle healing.
In this episode Lucy talks Tanya through one of her cases - a young woman experiencing numerous gut complaints and anxiety. As the case unfolds, Lucy explains what she uncovered about her client's diet helped to explain the symptoms she was experiencing, creating that "lightbulb" moment for Lucy as her practitioner.
This episode is a brilliant demonstration of how applying Naturopathic principles in clinical practice facilitates the unravelling of GI and mood symptoms.
