The Possibility in Healing Codependency: Understanding it's roots and the recovery process.

In this episode, Rivky and Chani go deep into their definition of the term "codependency." They talk about the possibilities of healing it and the many ways that it can express itself. They speak of personal stories, the most popular and also the more sneaky ways it shows up in our lives and the lives of people we love, and codependency in relation to our attachment styles. They discussed the "savior/hyper-independent" archetype and where that stems from, the childhood root from which our defense mechanisms and ways of being come from.
