The "anchor bob" as its called has become synonymous with women in TV news. But this standard has also created discriminatory environments at many news stations which has left many women having to choose between their career and their hair. In this episode we discuss the " anchor bob", its place in media today and how the Crown Act is assisting with changing this standard in broadcast news.
