Sheridan Webb is the community manager of the Training Designer’s Club and owner of Power Hour Training Materials. She has almost 30 years experience in L&D consultancy in a wide range of industries, and is passionate about making practical training quicker, easier and less stressful for busy L&D professionals.

Liz Needham’s career focus has been on people and organisational development since 2007. She is passionate about facilitating practical, context specific learning that delivers change. Liz is known for creating reflective spaces and helping leaders to step back and understand how they can think and work differently. She founded the Leaders Together Apart Peer Learning Network in 2020 in response to needs expressed by her clients and her own experience of CPD. The Network meets every 8 weeks and is presently open to new members.
Liz has successfully delivered senior roles in business operations, programme management, change management and HR and has been a member of senior leadership teams. She founded Needham Consulting Ltd in 2018 to fulfil her ambition to impact a broader audience of leaders.
