Catie Gett is deeply passionate about food, people, and ensuring good nutritious food is accessible to everyone. A naturopath and former owner of beloved Melbourne health food shop Staple Store, Catie joins Myf to talk about her cookbook The Staple Store Cookbook, part recipe collection, part memoir. She shares her three rules for all her food (Good, Simple and Clever), and reflects on living below the poverty line as a single mum, leading her to design her recipes specifically for people who don't have the money, time or fancy equipment to spare.
