The Most ADHD Things of June/July '24

Live from Edinburgh Fringe, (well, sort of) two emotionally exhausted late discovered ADHD women use the very little energy they have to raise ADHD awareness with 'the ultimate shame eradicator'. After a horrible day we lift our spirits and hopefully yours too by sharing June and July's 'Most ADHD Thing' entries from Patreon Community Members & @adhdafpodcast followers to break the stigma and to connect ADHDers with the knowledge that WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER and ADHD IS REAL!
