And thanks to a slew of very talented and boundary-pushing chefs, some of Denver’s beloved and distinct Mexican food traditions are being taken in exciting new directions. So what’s hot? What’s new? And where is “Den-Mex” going next? Host Bree Davies is speaking with a man who’s been at the center of it all.
